Lakeland Golf Course

This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever been part of in regards to golf. My friend made a tee time and they never told him there was also an outing scheduled during the same time. The thing that irks me is the fact the woman at the front desk couldn't understand where I was coming from, which was Columbus a whopping hour and 10 away, I'm not local therefore it wasn't like I could just turn around and be okay with the situation. She was rude, short and overall so unprofessional. I would say if you're from out of town, stay FAR FAR away from this place because one, they don't know how to book tee times and second the employees are rude. By the way, I didn't think you were allowed to have mass gathering as this violates COVID protocol. Outings are not supposed to do shotgun starts. I feel the Health Department might be interested in this matter.

This place is awesome in every possible way, especially since that jerk, Steve H was so pissed about it. Imagine someone leaving a review of a place 2000 miles away from their home, that they've never been to.

Great people and food. Smoked wings are great and Friday Prime Rib is perfect. Owners are always there and friendly.

I am not a golfer, though the course at Lakeland does look nice. I am writing about the restaurant. We love this place... the service is excellent, and they have prime rib on Friday nights. In the summer we eat on the outdoor deck. A very nice and relaxing place eat, drink, and hang out.
