La Baia Italian Food

We were lucky enough to find the La Baia truck not too far from home the other day, so we went to pick up some pies -- Man oh man, this is some legit Napoli pizza!First off, follow their socials for their rotating locations. We got a pizza boscaiola (sausage/peppers/mushrooms, no tomato sauce) and a diavola (tomato sauce, salami, a little red pepper flake). Ok friends. Seriously, this pizza is crazy good! I preferred the diavola because the tomato sauce is chef's kiss. The style is traditional Neapolitan so chewy edge crust but the pizza itself is a bit floppy - it's just how it's supposed to be! I loved everything about the slightly charred bits, too. It's a bit pricey but made with quality ingredients and true skill. Worth every penny to me!The owner was so friendly, too. It didn't take long at all for him to make our orders and we didn't have a line in front of us. Loved it being so close - pizzas were still warm by the time we got home which was even better because we forgot a pizza bag!Next time I'm going to try the margherita pizza and the lasagna!

We are completely obsessed with La Baia! They are often parked at Standardized Brewing which is super convenient and such a fun spot to hang out! The pizzas are thin and the crust has a nice char to it. Every single pie we've had has been delicious! My five year old literally begs to get the pizza with "green" sauce daily! The service is excellent and we love learning about their Italian heritage!

This food truck is incredible! I feel very passionately about pizza lol and this is the best pizza I've had in the U.S. since returning from Napoli in 2022. The toppings are imaginative and fresh. My fiancé and I have been twice and each time the pizza was amazing. Last night he got lasagna- which was the best I've ever had. Run don't walk!

Tried this truck for the first time at parsons brewing today after wanting to for a while! Great Pizza

Decided to check this food truck out today. I ordered the Lasagna. It was made with a traditional Bolognese Ragu. They slow cook it for 3 hours. They add a CREAMY besciamella, fresh mozzarella and parmigiano. Bake it in a gas fired dome oven. It had such a smooth satisfying flavor to it. It's so easy to write about a great food dish but I got something more out of it. Talking to Anajd the owner who's been cooking for 20 years and doing a food truck for 3 years and Brit who helps out. To start out with a mail man came up and wanted to order the Lasagna but when they told him it would take 15 minutes he said he couldn't wait. I told them that he could have mine. That gave me a little more time to talk with them. You can tell that all of the food is made from the heart. There is so much love put into the food and taking care of the customers. It's a lost art that they are bringing back. Crazy that I got a life lesson while getting a great meal too. Thanks Anajd and Brit for a great experience.

La Baia is the real deal. Unbelievable authentic Naples style Italian food made with top quality ingredients served by an amazingly sweet and dedicated couple. Show them some Ohio love as they are new to the area. You won't be disappointed!

The food is amazing love it. My favorite Neopolitan pizza. Everything fresh and tasty. Hurry run don't walk to get the most delicious foldable pizza. Yummy

I came up at night, was greeted courteously and struck a conversation. Turns out the menu is authentically Napolitan style as the owner is from the area. Pizza was delivered hot, pretty fast and tastefully balanced, not overly saturated with sodium. It contrasts nicely with the dough which is buttery smooth and thin, I could fold it like a quesadilla! The overall composition was a juicy and can tell of high quality ingredients. I definitely would recommend. Looking forward to the rest of the menu down the line specially the mushroom margherita and crapes.

I want to start off by saying how polite and friendly the gentleman running this truck is . He didn't just take my order he made me feel like he appreciated my presence as well. Being pregnant and craving something sweet late night had me come give his food a try and hands down the best crepe I've ever had . Portion was perfect and just with the customer service alone I will definitely be retuning !Highly recommend !

THE PIZZA WAS INCREDIBLE. I would 100% recommend, it wasn't greasy or anything which is what might be expected from a food truck, it was delicious!! I would eat this everyday if I could, definitely worth the money and the try!!!
