Very friendly baristas and cute little space! They also had plenty of outlets and free WiFi if you're trying to get some work done.I had their nitro cold brew and it was delicious. I also saw lots of fun latte flavors if you like sweeter coffee.

L-City Coffee + is super cool, and not just because they have great coffee and hot chocolate. We got both while we were here, and we can attest to that. But they're super cool because they also have a "secret" event space downstairs called The Underground, which operates as a place to work remotely, and has high speed WiFi, printing options, background music, and plenty of seats -- couches and tables and booths. During the afternoon and evening, The Underground changes to a spot to play board games. They have more than 150 games to choose from -- everything from Monopoly to Pictionary to Yahtzee to cards and other things. The reason I call it "secret" is because the door to The Underground is disguised to look like a bookshelf in the main coffee shop, so you feel like you're entering a secret space. Admission is $4 or a $4 minimum order from the menu (kids under 5 are free), and you can take your food and beverages down there, or order from Downtown Bistro next door and have them DoorDash your food to you. This is a really cool space, and we visited twice while we were in Lancaster. We enjoyed playing some games, and they really do have a lot -- we had a hard time choosing what to play! And we pretty much had the space to ourselves, too, which was nice.In the main coffee shop area, there are some games at the tables, so even if you don't visit The Underground, you can stay a while and play a game while you enjoy your coffee and food goodies. And speaking on goodies, they have a lot of different baked goods here, like danishes, muffins, slices of cheesecake, cupcakes, bagels, turnovers and lots more. They also sell reusable straws for $1, if that's something that interests you.

This place was amazing! I visited from North Carolina and this place gave me Columbus vibes. The staff was super informative and nice! I ended up getting a cheese danish and redbull infusion. Cheese danish was fresh and the drink was perfect, so much so I called back and asked how it was made. The person I spoke to was again super kind and let me know how it was made .

L-City Coffee is an amazing coffee shop that has a very hole in the wall, yet slightly bougie feel to it which is a whole vibe in and of itself. The staff is friendly and the drinks are amazing! Each table has playing cards and little mini board games that you can play at the tables. Plus, they have a big wall of little trinkets and handmade jewelry and shirts from, I'm guessing, local artists and crafts people. It gets even better though... they have a bookshelf where they have bags of coffee that they sell. However, it's a false bookshelf and when you push it back it leads to a downstairs area that has a very speakeasy vibe because it's downstairs and hidden. When you open the door at the bottom of the stairs and walk into the large room, from the carpet to the couches to the tables, it has a very 1990s feel like you just opened the door and walked into your childhood!! The level of nostalgia is absolutely unparalleled to anything else I've ever seen or experienced in a long time! Plus they have a whole wall full of board games that you can play.

Great little coffe shop in downtown Lancaster right off Main Street. All kinds of specialty coffee drinks to choose from, and the cold brew was so good. Nice tables out front to sit and enjoy a sunny afternoon. Highly recommend.

Absolutely worth the drive! This is the closest place to Columbus that has a coffee flight (that I know of). They use coffee out of laurelville Ohio and are the only ones. It's absolutely fantastic! I got a flight with their regular drip coffee, a red eye and vanilla latte. Their drip coffee at first looks watery, but it is not, it has a great flavor. The red eye is regular coffee with an espresso shot, you can feel the caffeine from the first sip, ha! Their vanilla latte is a dream!!! Absolutely one of the best lattes I've ever had! Fluffy and thick and so much flavor. Amazing! Wish there was one in Columbus, ha! I will be back though.

I've been very disappointed with the new employees working there. I've always loved their coffee, especially their lattes but lately they just taste like straight up sweetened milk. The latte looked just like milk in a cup. I kindly brought up my concern and even offered to pay for an extra shot of espresso. The worker working today 11/30 4:11pm was rude and made me feel like I was stupid for bringing up a coffee that I paid for. I had to apologize for the inconvenience. The attitude I got after getting it "fixed" was unbelievable, I'm sure the other customers around had a good show.
