L & P Cake & Candy Shoppe

We just celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary with 80 family & friends. The cake was absolutely beautiful & so many compliments on how delicious it was. We are never disappointed with their cakes! Can't wait for another get together or celebration to have more cake.

L&P Cakes, has been my go too cake place for years...They have done my son's birthday cake since he was a child. Now I am doing the traditional birthday cake for my second son.I ordered these cupcakes for my second son's preschool. They are the cutest little blue owls.If I could give L&P a 10 star rating I would. It's cost varies on the job they do. I was happy with the price I was given. I just ate one and it's the best, very moist and delicious. If you need a sheet cake, layered or cupcakes this is one of the best cakes or cupcake you will ever have.

I just came back from my sister's wedding and I was so impressed with the value of L&P's cakes. The ladies made cakes in three awesome flavors, but the white butter cream was to die for! Great texture and a perfect frosting. I definitely saw some people sneaking some pretty big chunks of leftovers when we brought the remaining cake home.The cake was decorated tastefully...not over-the-top, but definitely special and well-executed.They also did a cookie table with frosted sugar cookies that matched the wedding colors perfectly, which was an awesome touch.The price was great, too. I don't want to give away anyone's wedding secrets, but they charge about half what i expected, and the cake was by far the best wedding cake I've ever tasted.A rare five star review goes to a business that charges a great price for a superior product, and L&P fits the bill. If you are having a wedding anywhere within a couple hours' radius, you need to try them out.

My go-to for cakes. The flavor is amazing, and the design is top-notch. At my daughter's graduation dinner, people were getting seconds and thirds to take home with them. I had people come up to me and ask where the cake was from, and admit that they paid an exceptionally higher amount somewhere else, for a cake that wasn't nearly as good.

They never seem busy...the cakes there are fantastic!! I wish they could advertise there store Because everybody is totally missing out on a very good cake for any occasion!

I must admit that shopping at L & P is one of my guilty pleasures. The owners are very helpful and they always have lots of goodies to pick from. Their custom cake are delicious! True masterpieces for any special occasion.
