I believe Janis waited on me and she was excellent! I went in for an earring repair, which they were unable to do. However, I was given some credit for the gold toward a purchase of earrings made by the owner. I was told they make me look sassy, which can't hurt at my age.

The entire staff at Krysty Designs are top notch. They have fixed many rings for me. Brad always says "Would you like me to just fix the one problem or fix it so you don't have to bring it back in" and I have not had to take one ring in a second time to him! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my precious jewelry!

Krysty Designs is a wonderful establishment. I went to find an engagement ring and when things didn't really work with my price range they helped me put together a custom ring that did and that had an impressive markdown compared to other stores. In the end I paid for a ring that had double the value and had an amazing customer service experience. The service is friendly and if you want to build the relationship they won't turn you away, they'll treat you like family. That goes for stopping in for repairs to!

The only thing positive about this place is Jessie ( who sizes and cleans!) she's the best. My fiancé and I met the owner today I believe his name was brad, he's pushy, creepy, over talks you, he kept touching my hands and fingers without permission. He was rude and tried to call me a liar about my ring size. He's unprofessional. I will NEVER recommend this place and I will make sure anyone I know never uses this place! I will never step foot into this place again and it's unfortunate because Jessie makes my rings shine! and I caution anyone who's ever had trama not to either. Very triggering.

I had my wedding ring set and my mom's wedding ring set combined into one beautiful, amazing, sentimental ring. It is so beautiful that I cried when I saw it. Brad is such a great listener. He understood more about what I wanted than I did. You won't regret going to this shop. I could not be more pleased.
