Kohler’s 818 Club

Great Lasagna! My boyfriend loves lasagna so I thought I get him an order to go. They packed everything individually and didn't bake it (it was precooked). I put it all together in the toaster oven and he now's says it's the best.

Food was great for all. Service personnel were awesome. Ambiance is small hometown local hangout. Will go back again.

Such a busy place. Now i understand why. The food was fantastic. Great portions. Service was excellent. The inside takes you back to the good old days. Definitely will be back.

Service great, had some menu items but do not get prime rib it was inedible for two of us who orderedToo well done and tough Waitress should have asked why it wasnt being ate

After a visit to President Hayes' home, we needed a late lunch and tried this place nearby. We were impressed with our sandwiches and attention. I think the cook here takes some pride in their work. The menu was large and full of selections plus affordable. I can recommend it.

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff, great owners. Everyone is very friendly. The owners are vibrant and always make everyone feel welcome and just like you're family. They are improving the place adding new signs, painting, new taps, etc. The food is always great. Lots of good daily specials and monthly burger specials. Love the prime rib on the weekends. The best in Fremont! Also the stuffed tilapia and chicken chunks, burgers and sandwiches are always very good.

We were up in Freemont for the night to go to Cedar Point the next day. I asked the kids what they wanted for dinner and one of them said, Bob Evan's (it's like I've taught them nothing). Instead, I got on Yelp and found several divey looking places (not an insult). I like the reviews for 818 and we were on our way. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our food was solid. The prices were fair. My son loves the pb&j burger but it was so messy he couldn't finish it. My burger was good and my daughter liked her pasta. I was the only one that liked the sauerkraut balls. I really liked this place. It was just neat inside and they do everything a local joint should do.

On a road trip out east, stopped off of I-80 Turnpike and willing to drive the extra 10 minutes to get here. Service was excellent! INCREDIBLE PRICES! Food was great! I got a turkey reuben - the bread was perfectly toasted and nice and greasy with butter! Hubby got a white fish blackened, perfectly cooked. So flaky and delicious! The kids got a shrimp and fries (shrimp were really good and de-tailed already) and a hot dog and fries. Best part, they were smiley fries! So cute!

Food is alright but not great. Every dessert was not covered I. Saran Wrap and tastes like the refrigerator. Please get some baking soda cause your desserts taste like the refrigerator.
