The majority of the negative reviews are from quite a few years ago, and I think it's pretty fair to say some complaints are outdated and some are not. What Average Joe's lacks (employees), it makes up for in their good and friendly service, great bar food and drinks, and very fair prices.They currently lack employees (what restaurant isn't). The bartender has to do her job to tend the bar, and be a server to the whole place. We came up to the bartender to ask for menus, and we sat outside and looked it over, then had to go back inside to order. It was a bit inconvenient, but you gotta do what you gotta do when restaurants are short staffed. The bartender was really friendly and attentive, and she did a great job juggling both responsibilities. When she wasn't busy slinging drinks, she would check up on guests on the patio and get us refills.The menu consisted of what you would consider typical bar food. We started off with half an order of Joe's Garbage Can, which as you can see in my pictures is huge! It had a ton of chicken and tater tots covered in every topping I could think of. The half portion was really filling, especially for 2 people. The Southwest Salad looked delicious (I didn't get to try, I know, how rude), and my Buffalo Chicken Wrap was amazing as well. We couldn't finish our meals after consuming a garbage-can-amount of food for appetizer, so we boxed them up. We also ordered 2 drinks each, and my bill ended up being only $50. Everything was under $10, so it was really affordable and fairly priced.

Went for lunch. Food priced at $10-$14. No lunch specials. Bartender service was poor. Basically, if you're not one of the "regulars" you don't get paid attention to at all. Bartender drank and smoked behind bar which is a huge no for me.

Its kind of a relaxed local pub near my house so i tried it the other day. I liked the drink prices especially the house special 20 OZ(Corona Light / Modelo Especial) for mere $3! Right? Isn't that awesome?Anyhow the shots were around $5 and good as well. So no complaints. You should definitely ask for Aaron's Purple Shot, its kind of cool. My wife did the London mule and it was perfect. Better than Bar louie on polaris. Although Bar louie is just great for other cocktails, they just nail it. ( do give it a try) Summarizing, i will go back here again and chill! Maybe try some food there and i prove my ratings. My ratings are solely based on value for money. Stay away from this location. I've been to other Average Joe's and had great experiences but this location should give up the title "average" and be called "terrible service and surprise food" Joe's. The service was slow. Then it took an hour to get two orders of wings. One came out wrong, but given the hour it took to get them, we sent the wrong order back and didn't have them replace it. I'm giving it one star because it was helpful for my diet to only get half our order.This was not just my experience. Several other customers were complaining to the manager as well. No one really understood what was happening because the restaurant was maybe 25% full. Almost every table was sitting empty.

Nothing like seeing the bartenders... 'blondie' .. 2 shots w/in 5 minutes of one another. MAJOR MAJOR TURNOFF !!!

lol open til 2:30 my asspulled up (open sign was on) and tried to open the door. locked. 2 guys inside just kinda looked at me and then went back to watching sports. really nice service guys

I absolutely love Megan at Joe's. So personally perfect. More hours for her please!!!

Where do I start. Waitress came once an hour and we were threatened to be kicked out if we gave alcohol to a person that was sitting at the table next to us, we didn't know this person and didn't talk to them at any point. Took at least 40 minutes for the check to go through. I've never written a review on yelp before but this experience made me feel completed enough to do so.

We have been coming here with a group of friends every week for several years. The service has continued to go down hill. The last few times the servers have been doing so many shots it looks they are having a night out! The food came out cold, wrong and not at all! We have been more than patient going through an owner change, but they should change the name to Below Average Joes!

This place was a giant disappointment. My fiancé and I came here on a Thursday evening during happy hour for drinks and apps. We got the nachos, which we chowed down on since we were starving, but were honestly disgusting. After eating, we instantly felt sick. We had a new server each and every time we ordered, which isn't a big deal, but it made the entire visit very impersonal. Our servers checked on us very infrequently and we had to call them over several times to get us refills on drinks. I am also a server, so I completely understand that when it is busy, sometimes you may accidentally neglect a table. However, they were not busy at all. Throughout the night, the three girls that were taking turns helping our table were just sitting around. This alone would not have been enough for me to leave angry- but of course this was not the end. By the time we got our check, we had realized that one of my fiancés' beers had not been given the happy hour price and the two drinks I ordered (which I thought were happy hour wells- supposed to be $3) were 12 dollars EACH. I ordered vodka Red Bulls, and I can understand there being an up charge for the Red Bull, but no one informed me that this wouldn't be a happy hour well. Not to mention, they gave me Tito's vodka when I never specified that is what I wanted. Again, being a server, when someone asks for a vodka lemonade, cran, Red Bull, etc and doesn't specify the vodka, you assume it is well vodka. No one ever asked me if I wanted Tito's. If they had, I would have declined. Overall, the food was wildly average and our service was awful. I was looking forward to having a pub within walking distance, but I will not be returning to this establishment.
