Kinsale Golf & Fitness Club

These pictures/videos taken at 6 AM. Around Driving range area with many house's surrounding. Your lawn mowing company start doing their work at 5:20 AM, this is disrupting people sleeping time ! I'm sure there's a law for when people can't operate the lawn mower and golf course should be included. They even needs light to operate their mower. Please resolve this issue. Thank you

Unfortunately the not so savory reviews are correct. The membership is astronomical in comparison to a public membership and you get the same but even outdated equipment. The spa area is outdated with lockers taking up 75% on the 2nd floor. Manager who included the president will not take consideration of members suggesting updated facility that membership dues should go towards. They are not keeping up with the trends or care. The bottom line is all that matters. The turnover rate of staff is a reflection of the outdated building and outdated mentality of the 2 old men that are literally running it, but running it in the ground. They also try to run its sister course Scioto and it's just like the red headed step sister but a drunk one. Stay trashy Kinsale. It's Definitely not Classy. But one man's trash is another man's treasure isn't it.

We joined Kinsale a few weeks ago and have had nothing but a great experience. Sounds like the negative reviews are from people that expected to be treated a certain way, but weren't .... To each their own I guess, but we've had nothing but a great experience (especially with Cindy).

My husband and I just cancelled our Kinsale membership. We were a bit unsure about the decision and when we entered the membership office the woman that we signed up with wouldn't even acknowledge us. She certainly paid attention to us when we signed up! Thank you Cindy for helping us with our decision and reminding us why we are joining somewhere else that is friendly and welcoming. The elitist attitude and bougie demeanor isn't very becoming.

Kinsale Nail Studio is by far the most relaxing, beautiful nail studio in Powell The price point for Powell area comparable with other nail salons in the area! Best thing beautiful view looks over the 18th hole. Ask for Becky MCGeary, she been in the business for over 25 years and can help you with any of your nail issues. Her work is always guaranteed!

I am a long time member consistently disappointed by inept management and no enforcement of policies. Similar to another reviewer, many members have addressed problems with management to no avail. If it costs money to enforce (ranger/range attendant/tennis attendant/private locker squatters/teenagers coming to the pool ten times/fitness floor attendant) they won't monitor or enforce it. Kinsale is not a private golf club. Anyone with a credit card can play a round of golf. Period. No membership required. Too many guests unfamiliar with the course, and no member to lead the way, makes for a long slow day of golf. The cart path is a public access pathway. There are multi generational families taking walks right up on the greens. Yes, on the greens. Walkers and bikers and runners do not yield to the golfers. Want to walk your dog? Yep. Want to fly drones over the 16th fairway while golfers are playing? You bet! Want to throw the ball to your dog on fairway 9? Go fetch, Fido! The range is public. Park your car, grab a few clubs and come on over to hit balls! You might as well, the residents hit balls from their backyards and walk right onto the range from the neighborhood. Don't be fooled by the member only signs... they are just there for looks. The club will not tell members to to watch their children or tell children to behave. Stop by any evening, there will be kids running around in the lobby and jumping on the furniture. If you want to take a group fitness class, just let your kids lay on the floor outside the fitness room with an iPad. You don't need to use the kid's club if you don't want to. Member dues just went up, but the public can come for free! There are some great members here, but no exclusivity. With a revolving door of membership, and public access to almost everything, It's not a private club. Save your money and come for free.

The place is beautiful, it's gorgeous, has great food! I would also like to note that all of the staff are wonderful but.. TRISH! This evil bitch needs to lose her job. She totally ruins the experience, I'm surprised the all of the mirrors aren't smashed from her reflection. Now you might be asking.. "why are you saying these awful things?" Trust me I have my reasons. My two daughters one 15 one is 16 went to go work out, and the 16 year old has a permit to. They were working out and then by their words "TRISH JUST KICKED US OUT... AGAIN!" I said what? It turns out she yelled at them and said that they should know what they did wrong. My youngest daughter (15) said she said she was going out to the car. (She has asthma) Trish then yelled and her and said "EXCUSE ME! YOUR NOT LEAVING!" She then explained herself and was told "I don't care about your need you need to be taught your lesson!" Now I don't know what this British bitch has making her wake up on the wrong side of the bed but this is unacceptable. I will be removing my membership and will be telling my friends to do so too.

Would give them a zero. Do not waste money here. They want to be on the top they are not. They do not follow covid rules and if you do they will tell you it's not real and talk to you rudely. They do not respect members. Very disappointed. Everyone is allowed to follow covid rules of wanted, they should not make you feel less because you want to.

This place is absolutely beautiful and the management care very much about the guests. This place makes every part of the establishment look good for the members and strive to make them as happy as they can. Is very clean and is a wonderful club. Definitely worth the money.

Seems like only rich pricks go here. The managers are disrespectful and horrible to their employees. A customer did wrong by a worker and took it way to far and resulted in them getting fired for absolutely no reason other than an old white lady wasn't getting her way. Place is dirty and not kept up with, shirts are over priced and this place is just all around a no go. ALSO. They do not take to Covid rules, no one wears masks, and employees have had corona and they did not make it known. Pool has been over filled numerous times over the capacity. All they care about is money.
