We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Katydid yurt at the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls. We had a delicious dinner that night. As well as some yummy martinis. Breakfast the next morning, which was included, was delicious as well and very filling with all that they give you. I highly recommend this getaway if you want a special place with your significant other!

Fun little breakfast in a log cabin! Service was excellent, staff was friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good but portion was small for the price. The overall ambiance made the experience worth it. We would come back!

We loved this place! We stayed at the Inn and so it came with breakfast which was delicious and incredible value. Please note you need to tip your server. We also dined for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and our favorites were the drinks. We ordered Mezcal Marg and the Owners Choice Smoked Old Fashion and they were amazing. The service was on pointe and the chef came to everyone's table to check on us. Has both indoor and outdoor seating. Hidden Gem! Must make reservations for dinner and breakfast. You do not need to be a hotel guests to dine here.

We celebrated my husband's 30th birthday here back in November and had a good time. The restaurant is quaint & cozy which was exactly the vibe we were looking for. Service was a tad slow, however the waitress was super sweet and we weren't in a hurry to begin with, so this wasn't an issue for us. The food was a bit pricey for what we received. The steak my husband had was pretty good, but for the price, we probably wouldn't order again. Same story for the scallops, they were ok. Definitely overcooked and didn't have the nice sear I was looking for, and to be fair, I've had a lot of really amazing scallops so my bar is pretty high. I wouldn't order them again, especially for the price. We'd definitely return but probably opt for different dishes rather than the most expensive ones on the menu that just honestly weren't really worth the price tag.

This is a beautiful little restaurant where they take great care with food allergies - be sure when making a reservation to let them know your allergies. The ambiance is nice and the decor is rustic and cute - you can actually have a conversation and hear each other. The dress code is casual. Our waitress was Rachael and she was amazing. She was very kind and accommodating, and studied my food allergies before I even got there, which was impressive. She was also fun and upbeat. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the special of the day which was scallops. They were tender and cooked to perfection. For the sides I had broccolini and the spicy cabbage and carrots. Highly recommend the spicy cabbage if it's available. Definitely worth a visit!

Super cute atmosphere, beautiful setting. FoodPrices seem extremely high for Logan OH......i live full time in LA and was a bit shocked by the prices.....Wait staff, servers, cooks- all of those we encountered were absolutely lovely and wonderful hosts and hostesses..

We were here for dinner on our hiking day, stayed at their cottage, just a stair away, we could easily reach the restaurant! It's looks small from outside, but inside, it's actually have several rooms! On a Wednesday night, still quite some guest dining here. This is definitely a popular place around the park! We ordered their Mediterranean salad, and husband got salmon and i got bbq chicken. Salmon is really good, salad is surprisingly tasty. My chicken taste good, but the portion is at the small side. We also had their brown butter cake with ice cream, which is also yummy!

This was such an unexpected find. Was brought here by my partner who planned a birthday weekend for me. This place has such an up scale feeling like I'm somewhere in the mountains when I'm inside. The service was very friendly and well versed on the menu. Our server seated us and was working so hard. And the food was so good! I had a Buffalo chicken soup, I will admit that the soup was too heavy for me. It felt more like a dip. It had a great smokey gouda flavor and huge chunks of chicken. But felt more like I should be dipping bread or chips than slurping soup. I then had the scallop special with a side salad and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious. The salad alone could have been an entree. So refreshing and the dressing was yummy. The scallops were cooked perfectly which surprised me given we are no where near the ocean. And the mashed potatoes were a perfect compliment. Would 100% come back again.

Ate in an 1800s log cabin, beautiful ambiance, excellent service and delicious food! Highly recommend. Reservations available and easy to make on line.
