Kids Learn & Care

I just saw the most heartwarming thing when I dropped my son off in the 4s class today. The teacher was sitting in the "cozy corner" helping a little guy calm himself down. She was so gentle with him. The classmates were all happy and playing in other areas in their stations. I work in mental health, and this shows me that when a child is struggling here, this school doesn't make a spectacle or shame them. Learning to calm down and regulate is totally normalized. This makes my mama heart so happy. Dropping off your kids to be with other people all day isn't easy, but seeing this loving kindness and support at KLC makes me feel really confident in my decision to have my kids here.

My grandson has been at this daycare center for over a year. The providers and owner has been most understanding and supportive of my daughter's work and pay schedule. The providers ensure that my grandson is fed and inform us when they have some behavioral issue with him. They moved him up from infant to toddler room when we discussed that he was bored and needed to be challenged. He had a short period of emotionally adjusting but everyone was helpful and is doing fine. These people really care about the well being of my grandson and all the children. Even though they have not been in business that long, they have demonstrated good and practical ethical values. I am happy that my grandson is cared for by this wonderful facility!!!

They say they are open at 7am but you're really dropping your kid off with some 21 year old until the adults arrive at 7:20am. There is one girl in a room with who knows how many kids (up to 5 when I've been there but again that was at 7am.) The teachers told my husband that they had been telling me for days that my son was out of diapers and wipes when that was not the case, making me seem like an incompetent parent. I'm a very busy person so I have very little time with my children. I trust that the caretakers of my children will give them the values and learning I cannot delivery because of my schedule. I have two children that attend here and it's been four years of great service. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the facility and spacing. I visited multiple daycares in the area and they all seemed jammed pack. Immediately I saw the difference in this facility and others and it was a no brained. Thank you again for the service you have given my family.

My son loves attending preschool at Kids Learn & Care. We had him with my mom and a home sitter for 4 years, so I was incredibly nervous to have him be "just another kid" at a preschool. From our very first visit, the owner made us feel like family. She took the time to get to know our family and the little quirks about our child. The classroom teachers are very friendly, professional, and can always tell me specific things about how my son's day was - academically and socially. They take the time to listen to the kids and parents and plan activities for the students that are engaging, age appropriate, and promote learning in a fun way. As a middle school teacher in a local district, I appreciate that there is a planned curriculum that is followed so my son will be ready for Kindergarten next year. Whenever I have questions, the owner and/or the teachers are quick to respond and are always helpful, and do so in a way that makes me feel like my son is special to them as well. My son has made so many friends, and often is sad to leave at the end of the day and is upset when he can't attend on the weekends! Kids Learn & Care provides an affordable, friendly, kid-centered preschool option that we feel blessed to have found close to our home!

We are so grateful to have a spot at Kids Learn & Care. The owner, Tara, is always welcoming, available for questions, and invested in how our family is doing. Heather, the director, is amazing with communication and ensuring the safety and support of our child's education. The teachers are the best. My toddler comes home exhausted but happy. The curriculum is developmentally appropriate and engaging. My 2 year old can count to 20! So glad we chose this center and would recommend to anyone.

My family has been so happy at this preschool. We've been sending our two sons there for the last 2 years. The school prepared our oldest son for kindergarten and is in advanced reading because of the 4 & 5 year old school-prep program that Kids Learn and Care provides. Tbeir Summer camp is awesome too! Our youngest son still goes here and he is thriving.

My daughter has attended Kids Learn & Care since 2021 and we are so pleased with her care there. Her teachers, the owner and director are all amazing. Trusting your child with others is a huge deal and we feel so happy to be a family in the greater KLC family. Sending our daughter here has only added love to her life and we can't wait to send our little one on the way here too!!

We spent 3 years at KL&C and my kids loved every minute of it. All of the teachers and the owners treated my kids as their own and that brings a lot of comfort to a parent. The only thing that keeps this from a 5-star review is the need for a consistent communication channel.

Keep your children away from this facility. The owner sucks you in by pretending to care and be invested in your child's development by playing that she is a mother herself card and making false promises. She lies to parents and teachers as well. There is a huge lack of communication, they lie and write things that have not been done on the worksheet they provide to parents. I was given a worksheet for my son one day, stating he had eaten all his food, when he was not in attendance that day, and many other issues to long to list here. You can't trust these people. Please do yourself and children a favor and stay away. Also:Read the FB review a teacher who just left working there wrote. Sums up how disgusting these people are, they do not care about children, it's all about money. Shame on you.
