solutely not normal for him He was crying and begging me to come pick him up I could hear the fear and distress in his voice I rushed to the daycare and demanded to speak to the director I explained the situation and expressed my concerns about the bus driver and the teacher's behavior The director assured me that they would look into it and take appropriate action I insisted on speaking to the teacher and the bus driver myself to address the issue directly They both denied any wrongdoing and claimed that my son was just being difficult and sensitive I was furious and felt helpless I didn't know what to do next I contacted other parents whose children attended the daycare and asked if they had noticed any similar behavior or incidents involving the bus driver and teacher Some parents shared similar concerns and experiences with their children I decided to gather all the evidence I could and report the situation to the authorities I filed a complaint with the daycare licensing board and also contacted the local police department to investigate the matter I couldn't bear the thought of my son going through this trauma every day I also sought legal advice and considered taking legal action against the daycare for negligence and emotional distress caused to my son I regret not trusting my instincts and removing my son from that environment sooner I will do everything in my power to ensure that justice is served and that no other child has to go through what my son experienced.

My granddaughter goes there the are beyond horrible. They let kids bully the other kids. These are 4 and 5 year olds. They changed the time the center closed immediately. What about the parents that have to work. They couldn't take kids they didnt have enough teachers. What about parents having to go to work. I can go on and on. Bad business

I had a walkthrough scheduled for our 3 year old a few months ago and was applaud by what I saw during my time here. Kids hitting one another, teachers sitting in chairs. I looked at the shelves to see what toys/games students had access to, only to find the condition of the supplies were terrible. I asked the teachers about it, to which they replied they don't get new stuff often, and their budget for supplies is $40 a month. $40 A MONTH for supplies for almost two dozen kids. The center appears very clean, but a polished turd is still a turd. According to another teacher, they are always understaffed and have a very high turn over rate. Staff they do hire have very little to no training in childcare. The admin seem very professional, but after what I saw and some of the other reviews on here and and with the BBB i highly recommend looking elsewhere for childcare

I went to Kiddie academy for an interview and potentially being my daughter as well. I went to my interview at the time it was scheduled and was informed that the director had called off work the day of my interview and they were not informed that I had an interview that day. Not only was I stood up by the Director for an interview, but the teachers were gossiping maliciously about the children and other staff. The place was unprofessional and I would never work there nor bring my daughter to go there.

WORST experience EVER!!!I have began contact with Kiddie Academy mid June had my tour and everything was excited to enroll my children. However I turned in my paperwork and have been waiting on medical forms from my childrens doctor but while I waited I would ask if theres anything else I needed to do if all my paperwork was filled out properly, I was told yes twice...I finally get my medical forms I go to turn them in and was told my kids could start tomorrow 7/20/2021. I asked the girl what time they open and she told me to look it up on my phone. So I arrive at 6:30am no one comes out to greet me but when they finally do im being told the day of that I need to fill out paperwork and to leave my credit card on file because I have a copay, I tried explain I do not have a credit card and the Director comes out and she was rude and irritated did not listen to anything I had to say but insisted I get a prepaid card....I asked her if I could use my debit card she then shoved the paperwork in my hand and said credit card, debit card its the same thing and walked off......this place is very rude, very unprofessional and very unreliable!!! and I didnt find out about a registration fee until today too. I left with my kids because I dont trust them to care for my kids after all this....it was truly an AWFUL experience. Now im out of care for my children while I work. I feel completely inconvenienced and no one has reached out to resolve the issue.

I've been with Kiddie Academy for a long time as an employee and I can honestly say we prioritize the children's safety first, we support and foster child and youth development, and we care about our community. As some reviews are negative, please take the chance to get to know KA and the team and what we can provide to you and your child's needs.

I gave this center 1 star because it is only fair to acknowledge what they are doing for their community. They appear to try and help out financially. However, if I could leave 1/2 a star I would. None of that good makes up for the bad. Enrollment:The main campus is completely unorganized. This was hands down the most unorganized and frustrating enrollment process I've ever dealt with. Safety:Where do I begin! To point out a few things; my sons were consistently coming home with scratches, bite marks, etc. often by the same child. I will mention, my boys are boys, wild! So they are not perfect. But, when I began to express my concerns the director ignored me. She gave me a response that was probably saved as a template in her email. She avoided me for a few weeks after a generic email. It took my child physically getting a black eye for the director to acknowledge there was an issue. I requested to meet with her when I got back in town and she responded to that request letting me know what action she's taken but no meeting would be set. At the after school location on Taylor RD they kept the school agers in the cafeteria/gym area. It was regular for me to walk and and have to go searching for my boys. The 'teachers' were often young and careless. I've walked in to them playing video games and paying no attention the the kids. I've walked in to a male teacher with his head down on the table and a female child giving him a back/shoulder massage (which was completely inappropriate in my eyes). I've walked in to children hanging out of the window as well as jumping out of those windows in the warmer months. It was normal for a student to open the door for me and when I entered there wasn't a single adult in site. I continuously reminded my children to NEVER open the door for any adult without the teacher present. Talk about scary! The teachers have encouraged my son to fight students as well as cursed at them on multiple occasions.Communication:It was extremely hard to get ahold of the directors. I had to throw a fit for them to begin reporting incidences as the state requires when a child is injured. Continuous payment system issues. Not to mention I've been gone for about a month now and even after confirming with me two weeks prior to my departure my card was off file (and sending an email alerting them they are still charging me), they have not failed to run my card every week since then. I have had to cancel my debit card and have my bank block them from being able to run and nothing on my card. They still have yet to answer my email and confirm they've taken my card off file. I could go on for days but I will not. Overall they are doing a very poor job, at least with the school agers. I cannot speak for the younger age groups. I hate to leave a bad review and this is probably the 2nd review I've left in my lifetime. I love to see women doing wonderful things but they must do it right! This place is simply so bad I wouldn't want another parent to go through what I've gone through. O.K
