Katie's Pizza

I'd give Katie's 3.5 stars if I could. The thing I appreciate the most is the price. It's comparable to Donatos or Massey's, but not as overpriced. I paid $12.79 for a 2 topping 12" pizza. It would've been approximately $5-7 more at the aforementioned pizza joints. For 2 people it was enough for us to have some leftovers. The crust is thin and crispy, and the toppings are generous enough. It is on the greasy side though. I also wish it had more sauce, but it was still tasty. Next time I'll try one of their specialty pizzas. My pepperoni and black olive needed just a little extra. Solid choice- especially if you're on a budget.

Reminds me of the old school Donatos before their huge corporate jump... not saying That Donatos is not good, but for the price Katie's is nostalgic

Less then 1 star. The worst customer service I ever have experienced. Not sure if under new management or what but will NEVER order from them again. Called to order delivery , employee that answered attempted to take the order barked at me to slow down, even though speaking slow enough so he hung up the phone on me. Attempted to call back to speak with the manager or owner and come to find out was the rude individual I was speaking to. The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life

Katie's is similar to Donatos in terms of being thin crust with lots of toppings. One big difference however is the price. Katie's isn't cheap, but definitely much more reasonable than Donatos. And I'd say I like Katie's a bit more than Donatos because of the sauce. So if you like Donatos and live in Gahanna but haven't tried Katie's yet, what are you waiting for?!

After living here for almost 15 years now, in my opinion, Katie's is the best pizza in Gahanna. It's a decent value, consistent, and has a nice unique flavor.

I ordered Katie's after reading how much people liked it online. I got a medium Hawaiian and an antipasto salad. Both were ready in less than twenty minutes and both were delicious. Pizza was hot and tasty and is some of the best Hawaiian I've ever had. So good.

Delivery is terribly slow but they won't tell you that. I've been told 15-20 min and it taken over an hour! Owner is a real jerk and has a pour attitude

As I'm from out of state and was here on business. For my last night I wanted to try pizza from a local pizza shop! It was soooo good! Loaded with all of the toppings that I ordered. I was surprised there wasn't any cheese. I'm from the north east where our pizza always has cheese but it was perfectly flavored and I would say the cheese would have overshadowed the flavor! Amazing pizza I would absolutely order again!

I'm been to this establishment several times and never had an issue, I placed a order today simple pepperoni half sausage half mushroom extra light extra sauce and extra cheese. I came from Dublin Granville area to pick my pizza up. When I got home my pizza was oddly cut( which made it hard to split the pieces with my family) and my extra sauce was on the top (I didn't know to not ask for it on the top).. I called about my order and the gentleman that answered didn't care about my issues and hung up on me.. they do have a good pizza but customer service is horrible and will never get my business again.,

All three are terrible. I waited for almost ten minutes before anyone spoke to me, the owner pretty much hung up on a customer in front of me then finally when I did get the pizza it was over cooked and dry. If you are of color, I especially would not recommend this place.
