OMG!!! I've been trying to catch up to this Food Truck for a while and it's never synced up till this afternoon. They do some Food Truck events and Catering events. The owners are Charles and Jarret. They're super personable individuals and were easy to talk with about their experiences with the business . I ordered the two sandwiches platter which comes with 3 sides. I had the Brisket and Pulled Pork sandwiches. Each came with coleslaw on top. My 3 sides were baked beans, Mac N Cheese and Cowboy Corn. I'll start with the sandwiches. Totally surprised by both sandwiches, they both had nice and moist meat that was smoked perfectly. The coleslaw on top just added that perfect crunch to the sandwich. I used Bangin Bourbon on one and Homestyle which was tangy and sweet. Both had great flavor. On to the sides. The Mac n Cheese was made with a Rotini style noodle and was made with Colby, Cheddar and Jack cheese. It was super flavorful. And finally there was the Cowboy Corn which of course had corn, peppers red and green made with a super flavorful sauce. So Tasty!! Almost forgot a star in the menu, the Baked Beans, OMG!!!!
