Kasler's Country Kitchen

Great food! A must stop for home cooking and great desserts! We always stop on our way to Burr Oak Lake and Lodge.

This place is awesome! We were lucky enough to forget our breakfast items while camping at Burr oak. Country cooking in a wonderful atmosphere is what we found! The cabbage rolls just went in the oven to prepare for lunch. We will be back for sure!

We eat here every time we stay at Burr Oak and drive into OU. It's always great food and the staff is always friendly.

It's been 2 years since I've ordered food from kaslers in Trimble and I've got to say that it was horrible. Their fishtail sandwich is half the size it use to be. Quality of the fish tasted like it came from the Sunday creek. The tartar sauce was thin and runny. The grilled chicken dinner tasted like it was reheated and not fresh. The service is still really good and friendly. Just poor quality of food.

Nice place.Very friendly staff on a sleepy Friday lunch. We both had the special, couple iced teas, and shared a homemade blackberry pie. Everything was very tasty and our bill totaled $27.Kudos on the cleanliness of the restaurant and bathrooms. They go the extra effort.If you're in the Amesville area stop by.I'm a fan.

Whole family just ate the Sunday special chicken, dressing, homemade noodles, green beans and delicious roll. I've never had home cooking from a restaurant that actually tasted like home cooking other than at Kasler's. The place is clean and the people are friendly. Highly recommend!

We stopped here after a hike at Burr Oak. So glad we found this place the food was fantastic and the people were very friendly a perfect end to a great day hiking.

I am not from the area but me and my boyfriend came to Burr Oak Cove for camping and found this restaurant on google. It's a cute mom and pop diner and very close to the campground. We came here once for dinner and the service was amazing, our server was Alisha and she was so kind to us and checked back in with us several times to make sure we were okay. The food was amazing and was made very quickly, at a very cheap price you get so much food. We loved it so much we came back for breakfast and the service was just as amazing. Our server was Amanda this morning and she was kind friendly and funny. They treat everyone here like family and I will definitely be coming back next time I go camping at Burr Oak Cove. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a good home cooked meal and having good conversations with the amazing people that work there.

A hidden gem! Great food, great service!! My husband and i felt like regulars by the end of our meal.
