There's a food court attached to the new Dayou Market. You can get there from the market, and I think there's an outside entrance- there's separate signage, at least, outside. Not much signage inside, but you walk into a big food court with plenty of tables, and for now three tiny stands. Two Chinese, and this one. No sign till you get pretty close. Super friendly service. Food came out in about 5 minutes. Big, interesting menu. I wanted to try half a dozen things, but went with the Uyghur kebab, comes in beef or lamb. I got lamb. It's chopped up lamb bits with onion and cumin, served hot, with cold noodles and a container of hot sauce (medium hot, but then I like heat, so YMMV.) Excellent, tender lamb, not overwhelmed by the spices. Good noodles. A decent portion, though I was hungrier than I thought, and don't need the carbs in noodles, and probably should have gotten a salad or something with it.I will definitely be back. This was great, there's more I want to try, the market is nice, and the other booths are intriguing. Market I believe opens at 9 and food court at 1130?

As others have described, this is a small stall located inside a small food court adjacent to the dayou Asian market. We tried the cumin lamb, lamb laghman and a beef chop dish and also purchased some chili paste. Everything was very flavorful (maybe a bit on the salty side) and tasted fresh. Not overly spicy. My only issue was that for the price, the noodle dishes had very little protein. The chili paste had a depth of flavor but no real heat, interestingly. Overall, a nice addition

Great addition to the community. Portions are reasonable and super delicious. Lamb and beef were super flavorful and the noodles had an amazing chewiness. Highly recommended, and the staff were very friendly.

First time I checked out the little food court located inside Dayou market. I entered directly from the parking lot. It's like a tiny mall food court, clean tables, three vendors currently. One Bento Box place, one Chinese BBQ place, and Kamil's. I chose the Uyghur food, as I've never tried it before.I went with a dish that had the hand pulled noodles, beef, vegetables (green peppers, celery, shallot, green onion) and sesame in a lightly spicy sauce.Beef was tender, vegetables crunchy, noodles that had bite and chew. Delicious! A little pricey ($17), but everything is these days. I will be returning soon.
