I've known this place was in Grandview since I moved back, but since I didn't need a rug, I didn't ever go in. It is surprisingly big, and they are a serious operation. Up front is the sales gallery. Didn't stay long, because we were in for cleaning, but there were a lot of options and the ones I saw were really lovely. Head round the back for cleaning. Pull right up to the door for load and unload. I went twice and there was a line both times! I never considered how many people here have area rugs for cleaning. They'll do all sizes. It takes about 2 weeks to turn around (not entirely certain why people are surprised by this....). If you drop your rugs off, you get 20% off the standard price. If you don't have a big enough vehicle, they'll do pick up and drop off for you, but aren't available same day. They offer several levels of cleaning depending on how clean/dirty you think your rugs are. Drop off and pick up were quick. I haven't unrolled the rugs yet (packed for moving), but I was pleased with the process, and, frankly, impressed with the size of the operation.

They do an excellent job at rug repair and cleaning. We purchased a large rug from them back in 2005 and they've done very well with cleaning and repair since then. My youngest dumped a full gallon of milk on the rug before and they were even able to get the rotten milk smell out of it!

I took advantage of their annual "roadtrip" and I feel they took advantage of me as well. I was out of town on the day THEY selected for return and my husband handled the delivery. His comment was they could not get out of here fast enough.When they returned the 5 rugs, they did not put back all of the furniture as agreed in the coupon and and left the fringe on my large one half under the rug. We are seniors and these things are the reason I went with your service.As for the price to clean, it was reasonable. I was happy with the cleaning. The pick up and delivery were the problems.FYI: all but 1 of these rugs were purchased from Menendians in the 1970's.

The customer service and quality of work from these professionals goes unmatched for me. I purchased several beautiful rugs from KA 20 years ago after renovating our home. They are still beautiful today due to the high quality care given over the years from this team. In those 20 years our many beloved dogs and cats challenged our ability to keep our rugs clean and in good repair. With every challenge, KA rug cleaners have managed to keep our rugs looking brand new. Example, our dog chewed open a walnut stain can leaving the contents of the can to stained the expensive rug dark brown and odor of the stain was enough for me to consider trashing the rug . Hard to believe yet the KA team responded immedately, picking up the rug and worked for several weeks removing the stain and odor. To this day you would be unable to tell where the stain was on the rug. Amazing! Thank you KA

They are outstanding. I received the rugs sooner then what is printed on my receipt. The employees are really nice & attentive. The young men came to the car to get the rugs & they loaded the rugs back in the car when I picked them up. They did an excellent job so I know if I need them in the future I know who to call.

I I took an 8' X 10' area rug here I be cleaned. Not to only was I charged $133 which is high, it took them 2 weeks to get it back to me. And when I got it back, it was still dirty.....so much so tthat I bought a Hoover carpet cleaner off Amazon and cleaned it myself! Never again....

Took a rug here to be cleaned. Everyone who I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. I even forgot my grocery list and coupons and they called to let me know!
