Stopped in on a Thursday while we were in the area! The drinks were delicious. They had unique options for flavor combinations. Kelly was amazing! Great customer service, so kind and made our drinks wonderfully. She deserves a raise! Unfortunately, the other girl, a redhead, who was working while we were there was so rude-both to customers and to her coworker. Not sure if it was an off day for her or she's just generally rude. I felt secondhand embarrassment for both of them as there were quite a few people in the shop during our visit that were present as the redhead was stomping around berating her. Ugh

Family friends part-own this local coffee shop in downtown Baltimore. Stopped in on Labor Day morning, and it's a nice space. The large front and back windows are great - anything to promote vitamin D is a solid bonus, in my opinion. 60s and 70s house music playing low from the speaker; volume level was perfect - enough to here it, but low enough to have conversations. I like how J&I offers a few events on the blackboard during the month - ideally, it will grow in time (Baltimore is a very finicky town when it comes to supporting independent businesses, in my experience). Several customers stopped in as we were there. The space is a perfect size, not too small/big. I got a cold chai (no ice), which was nothing special but good. Paired it with an orange cranberry muffin ($3); a bit on the too-sweet side, but can't knock it - it's probably pre-mix, just add water kinda thing. They use One Line coffee. My niece got their September special Game Day (butter pecan latte) iced, and liked the ratio of flavoring to espresso. All around, this is a great addition to downtown Baltimore, and I'm glad to see frequent locals flowing in and out on the regular. They're cognizant of the local demographics and are only open till 4 pm, which is a smart decision based on prior business experience. A solid choice for some morning solo time, or great for meeting with friends and family.

This place is absolutely adorable and in the heart of Baltimore! I'm not entirely familiar with the area, but this little shop is perfect for the quaint town. They offer a variety of flavors for your coffee, and different food options as well. They offer special monthly flavors, and I tried the lavender honey latte which was delicious! The employees are incredibly friendly and treat you like family. While spending a couple of hours here, it was apparent that they know the usual customers and they also treated them as family. I seriously cannot get over the friendliness and welcoming spirit of the staff!The also serve One Line Coffee, if your familiar with the Ohio company, which is always amazing. I was very impressed with this shop and will absolutely be returning!

Awesome coffee shop located in the heart of Baltimore, Ohio. They offer online ordering, frequent flyer incentives and great hot and cold drink options. They use blue line coffee, which is great to see a local shop support other local shops.They make some of their own bakery items and they are delicious! Amazing staff and a great setting for a quick pop in or a visit with friends to catch up.

A very pleasant coffee shop right in Baltimore. I had no problems with my order. I have set a meeting with a client there also. Nice place

Katie, a barista was incredibly disrespectful to me and proceeded to make my drink taste like ass. i have never once had her be nice to me, she always has an attitude and she cannot make drinks unless she's working with someone else. She makes the ambiance incredibly disgusting and I felt as if I shouldn't come back. I felt disrespexted even though I was nice to her. She was flip, and was banging things around and made ME feel bad for coming in BEFORE they closed, and proceeded to tell me they were closed because she already did drawer, then got mad when I apologized and told her I would leave.
