Not bad. I wish they had a toasted bagel option. They steam their bagels and they smell like well water. Perhaps using non tap water in their steamer would help. If they had a toasted bagel option, I'd consider a 4, or ever 5 star review. Honestly the first bagel shop I've been to that stems and doesn't toast their bagels.

This place is great! Their sandwiches are always fresh, delicious, and satisfying. The store is clean and and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this for breakfast and lunch.

Pretty good bagels and donuts. Their selection is great. The bagels are kind of soggy depending on the day. They don't really walk you through anything. The first couple times I went in, the workers just stared at me and waited...kind of impatiently. Not all of the workers have been that way, though. It obviously isn't bad enough to make me stick to my gluten free and healthy eating lifestyle every couple weeks. My biggest upset with this place is the building it is in. They repainted part of it, but when you step back, it is kind of scary to look at.

Donuts are good but the service seems to take forever. I was in last week and myself and 2 others left the line, 20 mins to get a bagel Sandwhich is about 16 too long. I hope they can figure out their efficiency
