Joseppi's Pizza - Orient

New digs, better food? Nope. I was wrong to give them another chance. Undercooked subs and a plastic bread tie in my chicken parmigiana. Peace out Joseppi's.

Living out in the country they blessed us with a good pizza spot.Customer Service:Ladies working here are kind and ready to take ordersQuality/Quantity:IDK WTF is going on with this meal....... I orders chicken tenders and loaded fries and what I got was not what I was expecting.... I was not offered any type.of dipping sauce for my tenders, they are bland, end pieces of the tenders are burnt. Myoaded fries are so overwhelmed with salt, bacon and are very soggy.... this is ridiculous. They are normally on top of it... but this.. this is not cool..Side Notes:I'll travel back into town for 25min drive to OH Pizza and Wings.....

Sorry. I don't know how to move this but we are at the one on Broad street. Wow! From seattle and a friend suggested this place. I can see why. Portions are huge and the cheese and pepperoni on salad made it wonderful. Honestly the meat pizza is the best I've ever had. Thin crust cooked perfectly. Lots of meat with crunchy bacon and more. Only here for 2 days but will try to come again.

When my wife craves pizza this is our go to place. Easy online ordering and always consistently great!! We like the Topper pizza with old world pepperoni and cheese.

I am never going to order from this location again. Twice my order has been wrong. Called in for a pick-up and when my boyfriend arrived they did not have it ready. Said that I didn't call even though I sent a screenshot of my phone call call. This location is obviously not managed by anyone who cares. Done with them!

UPDATE the owner personally called me and made things right, he gave me a credit for the pizza that was wrong and honored that credit. --- 1st they got our pizza wrong when we called to explain this they tried to say we ordered the wrong pizza. So i had to review the online order receipt to prove it. After that we were promised 15% off of next order, the next time we tried to order they wouldn't honor the 15% off.

I'm rooting through my fridge to find something to eat for dinner, after waiting an hour for my online order with Joseppis Harrisburg to be delivered, only to find out they lost my online order. AND I am a repeat customer with an account at this location.Will be ordering from Flyers or Cattleman's in future.

I have eaten from Joseppi's Pizza plenty of times due to it being one of the only restaurants that will deliver to my house. I've tried their pizza, a few of their subs, bacon cheese fries, cheesecake, and boneless hot wings, all of which are not satisfactory. Their mayonnaise tastes like miracle whip, and if that's your sort of thing then by all means get it, but I hate miracle whip. Their boneless hot wings are so salty, dipping them in dressing doesn't even help. their pizza's flavor actually isn't that bad, but their mushrooms are canned, their pepperoni is cheap and always burnt. I got a steak sub once, the meat was basically just a burger patty, which isn't what i was expecting at all. their lettuce is flimsy and cut too thin for my taste. Their bacon cheese fries weren't too bad, but a lot of the cheese was burnt onto the side of the bowl. Their cheesecake was just fine, the slice was very thin considering it was $3.49 for only one slice. I still get their subs occasionally, because they're not too bad and Joseppi's is the only restaurant near my house that delivers, but i absolutely would never recommend their food. It's just not good quality by any means, but it's also overpriced (in my opinion) for what it is. I hope that someday Joseppi's Pizza improves.

So I didn't think I'd actually have to go as far as to write a review but here we are. I've never had any issues with this location until recently when I placed an order with them and was brought the WRONG order/things missing. When I refused to pay for the food the driver became upset and said "um so you don't want this, you're not going to pay for this". I told him "no" because by the time he comes back everything would be cold and I'm not going to wait another hour for something to get corrected that should have been right in the first place. I didn't think anything of it and I ordered from somewhere else. Not a big deal. Things happen. But, today I called to order not even thinking about what happened previously because obviously it was a misunderstanding on the company's behalf. I was told that "it looks like we've had some problems in the past and we can make you a pizza as long as you're willing to pay for it". I told the girl that I've never had a problem paying for it if it's the RIGHT order. She had an attitude the entire time and told me again they can make the order if I'm willing to pay for it. At this point, I told her to just forget it and I'll never order from them again. Bottom line is this......GREAT FOOD - - CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

****UPDATE****A few days ago I posted a rather scathing review..regarding mishaps when ordering from Joseppi's Harrisburg/Orient, three times in a row. They involved extremely late delivery, forgotten toppings, etc.. Just a few moments ago we received a called from the owner of this location. He told us that he had checked with the manger that shift, asking if my review was accurate, and when she confirmed such, he was very professional and apologetic regarding our previous experiences at Joseppi's. We truly appreciated that. He explained that he has just taken over this store and they are still working out the kinks. I am changing my 1 star to 3 stars because he was professional and courteous enough to call about the issue, when most people wouldn't. Perhaps we will give them another shot in the future after all.********
