I know you FCKING lying! I order a $30 plus large "MEGA MEAT PIZZA" plus leave the business a tip and they make me this DEHYDRATED, patchy, barely even any toppings, no cheese, no sauce, $6Upcharge to add mushrooms and onions, overcooked ass joke of a pizza. WTF is wrong with you people? WTF is wrong with the "chef?" Man I wouldn't wish this "pizza" on my worst enemy. I totally regret posting my first review. Lemme guess. Joseppis excuse for not giving folks their moneys worth or making the pizza look like promotions or their website is "INFLATION?" Yeah right! If you're hurting so bad not to fully complete a pizza and atleast put toppings edge to edge then CLOSE DOWN YOUR BUSINESS instead of scamming folks. I'm about to serve this "pizza" to my dog. I just got FINESSED!

10/10 recommend I am a big sub lover, and I absolutely love this sub. It had a little kick of spice to it. All it needed was a little more dressing, but out of everything it was really good. The place itself was clean and quiet and it was definitely a place I'll be returning to !! The service was also amazing. The staff was really quick with my order.

We stopped in to grab an old favorite while on this side of town. It's been quite a few years since we have had Joseppi's. It was definitely not how we remembered it. I'm not sure if it's the sauce or cheese that might have changed but just didn't have that great taste we remembered. The mozzarella sticks tasted like they had some freezer burn to them. It looks like they are repainting because there were big pieces of paint missing all over the walls. The customer service was ok, seemed like the man in the kitchen and the girl were just in a mood. I'm not saying I would never eat it again but in my opinion, there are better pizzas on that side of town.

I don't love in this city. I travel alot and like to try the local pizza when I get to some town. So ordered for delivery last evening.Ordered online medium thin crust pepperoni (no not the cupped because that tends have a pool of grease on each piece) bacon and 3x mushrooms. It said would be 45 minutes. Wow, it was right ontime. The delivery guy was friendly young man. It very tasty. And the best part was they put extra extra mushrooms just like I asked for. Many places don't do that even if you ask for it. Tasted great. I also had the cheesy garlic bread which also was very good. Myshroom lovers rejoice because thus place will put 3x extra if you ask for it. Next time I'm in town will probably order from here again.

My wife and I went in the restaurant tonight for pizza and a drink. We watched one young lady wipe all the tables down and go in the back and talk to the other person who was not busy. Then one comes out and sweeps the walkway while we had been there for 10 minutes and know one coming to our table. I ask the wife if she was ready to leave and go to Roosters where we got full service. Joseppi's pizza will never be in my dinner plans again. It was only 7:15 when we went in. Know one else was in the restaurant but us. Never have we been treated this bad in all the years we have gone out for food. We wanted to spend a little of the money we received from our 50th anniversary and couldn't even get served. Most horrible service ever.

The food was top notch. The salad was filled to the top and had lots of pepperoni, cheese and tomatoes. The pizza was so great, great flavor and cooked perfectly... the amount of cheese was triple some other pizza joints. This was a terrific meal for what it was and at a good price! A welcome change to the new norm.

Ordered a topper pizza with ranch, they gave me a taco pizza with ranch. Ok, so they misheard me. Call back and explain they gave me the wrong pizza, the manager argues that it is what I requested. Then the MANAGER proceeded to tell me "I don't recommend that; it's not going to be good."Wow, I have never had a restaurant tell me something on their menu was not going to be good. I also don't recall asking her what she would like on MY pizza. She argued the entire time, instead of just apologizing and making it right. I asked to speak to her manager, and she refused to give me the information and told me she would take my info. Finally, a man stood up and claimed to be the owner, who knows if he was, but I did get the right pizza. However, I was not refunded on the difference in price between the 2 pizzas. Absolutely horrible experience.

I've been to basically every location on each side of Columbus. I've grown up eating Joseppi's Pizza and would consider myself a regular at the W. Broad location. I love how each location represents the local High School of their area. I know the W. Broad location can seem like it needs a good cleaning sometimes but its not so bad you cant enjoy your meal, its more of a needing an update or fresh coat of paint kind of thing. The food is always on point and delicious. Depending on who is working I've had a couple times where the front register person seems like they really wish they weren't there but yanno, we all have days we hate our job and it didn't cause any negatives otherwise. Joseppi's is a Columbus staple and everyone should have Joseppi's at some point in their life.
