Jimmy V's Grill & Pub Pataskala

Staff has always been nice and the food has always been great. I love their Reuben and my husband always opts for one of their burgers.

We came here for a quick dinner because we were in the area. Literally everything, but the burger and wings lacked flavor. I rarely add salt and pepper to my food, but the salmon wasn't seasoned at all. My son's chicken tenders had ZERO flavor, and they were TOUGH. MAYBE fried too long. My daughter's pasta was bland as well. The waitress did well servicing the entire building, though. I actually felt bad for choosing this place for them dinner. The portion size didn't match; the price for the salmon or chicken tenders meal. $90 could've definitely spent somewhere better. I'll stick to drinks next time.

I'll start off by saying this place is bigger than it looks from the outside! I have only been here a handful of times but I will definitely be back for some food!Jimmy Vs has a nice patio out back with a little makeshift waterfall & the inside is dark and cozy. What made me want to leave a review was the cheddar and bacon tater tots! The tots are loaded and fried with cheese and bacon on the inside and comes with a side of buffalo ranch. They were amazing! I also had the hand carved club sandwich which was good as well. There are a few other menu items I would like to try but I have not liked the Mac and cheese. Service is usually okay and prices are okay. Would definitely recommend the tots!

Located on the Corner of E Broad and Summit, Jimmy V's is EVERYTHING you could ask for with a hometown feel! From the greeting when you walk in to the delicious, thick burgers made to order. They had some seasonal beers on tap and some interesting slushie cocktails I plan on trying my next time in. Our waitress made some suggestions and since it was our first time here, told us her favorites on the menu. The blood orange beer on tap was all delicious. My husband Ruben sandwich has lots of meat, and he said no gristle . My hamburger was cooked like I ordered it, with lots of fresh toppings. I loved this place! It's a local hang out and has regulars, but of course I expect that in a small place! Can't wait to comeBack!!

$75 with tip for 2 burgers, 2 sodas, a kids hot dog, and a side of Mac and cheese. Not a horrible price if the food quality and quality matched the prices.Negatives: The burger patties were cooked dry despite being ordered medium well. They were very small and hidden on the brioche bun. The onions were dry, the lettuce was wilted, and the tomato was way too think for a burger. 40 minutes wait for the food.Positives: the pub chips were decent, the kids dog came with enough fries for 3 servings and were very good. The server was very attentive. The bathroom was clean.2 stars for the food quality. Add a star for the server and clean bathroom. We are glad to have tried the place; but, at that price, there are many better options out there.

New Year's Day afternoon was a quiet time to make our first visit to Jimmy V's. Three of us enjoyed salad, burger, and panini, including a pretzel/ cheese app. Everything tasted great. The gyro meat and tzatziki were spot on. Need to try the Albanian Linguini next time. What a hidden gem in Pataskala. We thought some of their items were better than the new Elliot's in Pataskala.

When we went there the service was good but probably that's it. I think it is overpriced and the food was not good. The chips were dry but probably better than the fries (weird). One coworker got charged for a full price side of fries when he switched his side from chips to fries. It took a long time for them to bring ketchup and to refill our drinks.

Nice atmosphere. Great patio. Food is good. Looks like a normal roadside joint, however, they have great food. Full bar. Service is a bit slow but friendly. The pork chop dinner with fresh veggies is really good and a huge portion. We also had the Philly cheesesteak which was good. Very large portions.

Saw some not so nice recent reviews. Decided to provide my opinion after going there last night. Our server was Morgan, friendly & attentive very comfortable young lady. Tom, my husband, had wings he said they were ok. I had a Cheeseburger & Fries & they were perfect! Sat outside, yay! Took Baklava home for my dessert. Yum! We were happy and full. Definitely will return.

Would give no stars if it was an option. Walked in and a patron at the bar said to sit anywhere- the place was empty except for 6 at the bar. Waited 25 minutes and saw no one- no one apparently working. Place reeked of weed. Got up and walked out .
