Jimmy G's Barbecue

I my fiance and I have had great food from this truck both times we have visited the food truck depot in Delaware. The baked potato thing is GREAT. It is a meal in itself. Definitely don't get it as a side to anything because you'll immediately see that you have enligh food for a small army.

Just a heads up for anyone searching for catering in the area. We try to support small businesses and Jimmy G's seemed like a nice story. Reached out for a small catering opportunity at the end of December. Unfortunately the website tells a better story than reality, and appears to have over extended their services. I'm sure they do a great job when they are catering. Didn't want others counting on Jimmy's services over the holidays.

Finally got to stop by the food truck. Great BBQ, had the brisket sandwich and cornbread. Was a big meal, wife and kid couldn't finish theirs. Quitters.
