Love this place. Always friendly, order online most of the time and sandwich is always done correctly and on time. Delicious fresh ingredients and are hands down the best sub in town.I read where someone complained about they ordered online and it wasn't ready when they arrived in 20 minutes. Thing is that's almost exclusively what I use to order and every time it's 30 minutes so if you arrive in 20 yeah it may not be ready.

I like the subs at Jersey Mike's. I really do. I especially like the hot ones. The taste is really good and the variety is better than acceptable. I always enjoy the food that I get there and the prices are reasonable. I recommend this friendly establishment that let's you order online and pick in store, which I rind convenient. Herein lies my only complaint, and it is a minor one. I live in Apple Valley and order from home. It takes about 20 minutes or so to drive into Mt. Vernon and every time I have made the drive, my order has not been ready. The store doesn't even have to be busy but I end up standing around waiting for up to 20 minutes on one occasion. Does it take that long to put a sub together? But, like I say, the subs are pretty tasty and my complaint? Not that big a deal! In fact, I think I'll order one now!

I have no real complaints, but nothing excellent either. The subs are good, service can be a bit slow when they're busy but that's to be expected.I would steer away from mobile ordering as it tends to be late or they miss your toppings, which is where they drop to 3 stars for me.

Sandwich was made inaccurate 2 weeks in a row. 2nd week steak instead of chicken was used. Asked to bring it back to correct was told no. Talked down and over by rude manager/franchise owner's husband.

I can honestly say that my sandwich and the taste of it was a 5. The wife on the other hand, we were both very clear about no cheese. We talked about it not having cheese several times while waiting in line. We look over and he put cheese on it. After he realizes we didn't want cheese he continues messing with that sandwich as if it is going to go to a different order. Meanwhile here we are waiting. He did another sandwich and with no cheese. While we waited we had the young lady at the register add our purchase to the app to get my points. When I checked at home it had done absolutely nothing. It seems to me maybe they need to pay a lot more attention to what they are doing. This visit was not nearly as eventful as the first.

Pickup ordering is fast and convenient. Quality meats are piled high. Pricing is competitive for what you get. I recommend trying their sub sandwich!

I've only been to jersey mikes a few times, but it's always good. I get the chicken bacon ranch everytime and it's always pretty good, the employees were decently nice but it was almost closing time so I think they were tired and ready to leave. The restaurant it's self inside was pretty cool, the way it was laid out and the beach theme was cool.

Hygiene should be a top priority when your hands are all over every part of the food your cooking, and unless your Phone is constantly on a surface used for cooking YOUR HAND WAS IN YOUR POCKET DIRECTLY BEFORE YOU WERE ON YOUR PHONE WITH YOUR GLOVES ON.
