Jerry's Pizza West

Worst service ever! Waitress left our pizza to go sitting for over a half hour, but could get the people sitting at the bar their food who ordered well after us. A bottle of Budweiser she had to go next door to the restaurant to get. Took over 10 minutes due to waiting on the "regulars" before someone they didn't know, and it was less than 100 steps there and back..... Luckily we have free choice to never return for horrible service.... sad a Chillicothe product that used to be so good at service and food has declined so far.

Brought the whole family here!! 1 of us loved the thin and crisp pizza! We had a large cheese, large pepperoni, large supreme, and a large pepperoni & mushroom..... all gone. The wings could be better if they used 1st and 2nd joint jumbo as the seemed a bit small... but all in all the pizza was great!!!

Dirty and horrible service! One young lady waiting all the tables, answering the phone, running the cash register, and servicing the drive thru. Won't return!

Lousy service! I have rarely been treated so rudely. Ordered a plain pepperoni, an order of boneless wings, and chips. Restaurant was empty when I arrived, nonetheless other tables who arrived after me and ordered the same exact pizza and chips were served 30 minutes before I was.

The pizza is great because it is original... Different than other pizzas in the area. I love the sauce and the Swiss cheese on the pizza. The service has been terrible every single time I have been here. Tonight, Wednesday night half price appetizer night... There was ONE waitress. She ran around like a chicken with her head cut off and we felt rushed when she found the time to get to our table. Our food sat in the kitchen window for more than 10 minutes which was disheartening because Jerry's pizza is best hot and fresh out of the oven. It is a really good thing that the pizza is so good, otherwise the service would probably do the place in. :(

This place is TERRIBLE! My sisters and I go out on Friday to local diners, today we went to Jerry's and will never return! The waitress was rude, looked at us like we were stupid when we asked questions about the items, did not know what the special sauce was. When the food finally came we ordered mushroom Swiss burger's, mine had no mushrooms and the cheese was just laying on the top and it had NO TASTE to it, was very greasy! My sister's was a sloppy mess with no mushrooms and onions that she specifically requested not to be on it! Once they brought it back there was still onions on it. Needless to say we barely ate 1/2 of it. They then charged her for the onions! This place is not on our return list, TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I FOUND IT!! The worse pizza in the Chillicothe area is HERE. Plus the service is terrible. Terrible pizza and the worse service. It is a shame because Jerry's on Paint Street is much better.

Food was great! Alisha was an outstanding server! She was always ready to refill my drink and made sure I had everything I needed! I would give ten stars if the app allowed it!

Jerry's is a unique style pizza, but is mine and my wife's favorite in Chillicothe. The larges are thin and small. I can eat a whole pizza in a sitting. My wife is wiser than I am and usually saves half for another meal. We typically carry out, so the drive thru is convenient. But the inside is nice, with a relaxing sports bar kind of environment. My only complaint is that they closer a littler earlier than we like on most nights.

Nice bar/pizza place. Servers are horrible. Dont go on Tuesday trivia night. They started it to draw in business but the bar tenders hate it and service is terrible. More than usual.
