Jerry's Jamestown Market

Jerry's is a great local hometown market! Offers a really good selection of meats, produce, deli offerings, annual flowers (in season), and the usual "need to grab-and-go" items. The market is made SO much better by the efforts of the man in charge - aka "the meat manager" - who routinely and regularly takes the time via Facebook to tell customers about the weekly specials. Our small, rural community of Jackson OH is devoted to Jerry's Jamestown Market - and well it should be.

Pat p is crazy. I spend my days traveling the country for work, and my spare time is spent searching for good food. No matter where I am, I can never wait to get back home to eat at jerrys. The variety of prepared food is amazing for such a small establishment, and I have yet to find something on their menue I do not like. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The only drawback is parking because the parking lot is always full during peak times. Jerrys also delivers in the mornings which makes life much easier. Pat p, if you do not like food that pleases "the southern ohio pallet" may I suggest leaving southern ohio rather than trashing excellent food and service.

Stopped for lunch we had a Jackson County veal a foot long coney and a ham salad sandwich. Veall was great. The foot long was too sweet for my taste but they warned me before that it was so that's on me. And the ham salad was fabulousThe service was fast and friendlyThe prices are great. Will go back again.Better then any fast food place.

An over-looked local "hole in the wall"...but over-look it and you miss out!Fantastic food - great burgers, very good other meals for their daily specials. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is the staff isn't always the most friendly, but they're always moving fast to get your food done so you can mostly look over it :-) Love this place!

I always stop at Jerry's for a Jackson Co. Veal sandwich (which is actually pork, not veal which is beef) with the works when I pass near Jackson, never had a bad one here. A nice deli, nice selection, and nice people here.

They have some amazing home made pies and cookies you can buy there I believe that is made by a lady who works there, and they always have a wonderful selection of holiday candies and other chocolates to choose from, it has become my family's favorite little treat during the holiday's for the past three years I have been living here.They also make very good burgers that are surprisingly big and would put any fast food place to shame.

Old time feel, good burger, old time prices, everybody very friendly to strangers, definitely will go back.

Great little deli and local market with all the hard to find items in stock. Great deli meat and cheese selection at better then box store prices. Wonderful meats, fresh sausage and take out salads, sandwiches and heat at home meals. The difference is that they use quality ingredients and have a great selection.. Our go to place for nights I don't want to cook... Love the burgers and of course the Jackson County Veals... Super selection of lunch items... Give them a try...

In my book this is the best little store in Jackson, Ohio. Its been around for many years and has survived the big ( overrated) chains of grocery stores. I love the small store atmosphere, and the selection of fresh cut meats and so many other items. If you the best veal in town, this is the place to get it. They also have some of the best homemade pies, and their fresh deli meats and cheese's cant be beat. So if you want hometown service, I recommend you stop by this little market and check it out. You wont regret it.
