JD’s Secret Stash

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I had never heard of this food truck before, so had no expectations. They were parked at Parsons North. I did order ahead of time online and got a text when it was ready to be picked up which made it extremely easy. I got the stash burger w/ an egg and a side of tots and stash sauce. Serving is large, but it was so good that I surprisingly ate everything. 2 other friends ordered the same thing and were impressed with their meals as well. Would definitely like to try again if in the area!

Ordered the chicken and waffles and was not disappointed!! They sous vide the chicken, season it beautifully, and the batter is so light and crispy. It wasn't heavy at all. I could probably snack on just the chicken all day, but then I'd be missing out on the waffle which is fluffy and freshly made (of course). The syrup is home made with whisky, and isn't too sweet, which is just how it would be.Stopped by on a whim when they were parked at Parsons North Brewing, and really, really glad I did. Excellent!

Decided to stop by JD's Secret Stash which was on the other side of town today. Joey and Dave are running the show. As I've read they came from the business world and no longer wanted to work for The Man!! They have been in business for around a year. I thought that I would order the most expensive item on the menu but they talked me into the RB Burger. It's a one of a kind Smash Burger with JD's herbs and spices, American cheese, caramelized onions and their very own Secret Stash sauce. You also get steak and Provolone cheese. Oh MY God!!!!!!!!!!!! You talk about delicious. Juicy wonderful meat on a grilled bun. Couldn't get any better. Of course I had to get the tater tots with their special sauce. The great thing is that they actually give you a huge serving. If you don't get out and check this Food Truck, you are crazy. Just Delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing food and friendly service! We ordered through The street food finder and the food was ready on time.I got the RB Burger with a side of Mac and Cheese (add the pork roll) and it was amazing. Portion sizes are outstanding. You won't go hungry. My wife got the stash smash burger and some tots. Loved every bite. I'm currently eating a dessert crepe and so far so good. I definitely recommend JDs Secret Stash.

SO DELICIOUS!!! WOWZERS! Portion sizes were great and the food absolutely amazing. If you see them parked somewhere, it will be worth your while to check out their food. I tried a few things with a couple others and ALL of it was good!

Wowie Zowie! What a great food truck! Had the chicken and waffles, cheese steak sandwich and the burger and all were fantastic! The Secret Stash Syrup really pulls the chicken and waffles all together to make it absolutely delicious! The burger is ooey gooey and so comforting and the cheese steak is just perfect, with a balance of intense flavors and homey goodness. Can't wait to try the rest!

What's the secret? Delicious food!! Tried this truck for the first time tonight and was not disappointed! The burger has an amazing seasoning and is cooked to perfection... juicy and fresh! I recommend adding the pork roll and egg, it really brings the whole experience together. And the cost is competitive with bars and restaurants, but the quality is much higher. The tots are well seasoned too and the stash sauce is great! Highly recommend... I will definitely be visiting again when they come back to the area.

The food is spectacular! We ate here at a bar and they brought our food in when it was done. Excellent service, excellent food and great dudes!! Also, the crepes are the best thing ever!!!!!! So good!

JD's was awesome! We tried the chicken n waffles and the munchie bowl. The chicken is sous vide and takes 1.5 hours to prep. You can totally tell! It was fantastic. The munchie bowl was just smothered in everything you could ask for on tater tots. We will be returning to the brewery any time we see JD's truck parked outside.
