I had the General Tso chicken and it was AMAZING! My wife had the Sushi Regular and she told me that is so good. The staff was really friendly as well.

The food is cooked very authentically. The service is good and our waiter was very congenial and even took some pictures of us. He did not get upset when we spilled something and brought a new serving out. The atmosphere takes you to another world. Very nicely decorated.

If you're in downtown canton and looking for Asian cuisine , this is it. Food and service always on point. A little on the pricey side but it's worth it.

Awesome luxury Asian restaurant. Not only Thai cuisine but also Japanese and Chinese meals are in this restaurant. The lo mein noodle was superior than other Thai restaurants around canton. Chirashi sushi was not an authentic style at all. As a Japanese, very disappointing understanding to this dish. Chirashi should have sprinkled eggs, seaweed, and some sweetness on the top but this was just bunch of sashimi on the rice and the price was expensive for the quantity but fish quality was high level. This is a kind of place where you would use for a special date or celebrating.

Absolutely one of the best places around. Great quality food. Portions are generous. Egg rolls are amazing. Great little hidden gem. Can't wait to go back!

Years ago, you could count on this place to never disappoint. Our food this evening was simply poor quality. The appetizers were food service grade, not prepared to order. The Dragon and Phoenix was no good. The shrimp portion was fresh, but the chicken had been sitting around in a steam table for some time, was tough, unappealing and almost inedible. I left it uneaten on my plate sitting in a gelatinous mess of overly sweetened orange goo. It was supposed to be spicy. The dish was completely bland. My partner's spicy chicken had no flavor or heat. Very disappointed. I've experienced much better Chinese fast food at a much lower price point. I'm sorry to leave a bad review, but it is honest.

My first time traveling to Ohio for business and after a lack-lustre dining experience the previous night, I was thrilled to find this Jem! Ordered Spring Rolls and Thai Basil Entree with Tofu and both were excellent! Also ordered a couple of Lemon Basil Martinis with my dinner and they were out of this world! Our server Christina was an absolute delight and was even kind enough to offer me a charger when my phone died. Ambience, food and service was top notch and would definitely dine here again!

Was seated promptly, but then sat in the booth for 12 minutes with not even the hint of a waiter. They weren't busy, only a few people at the bar and three tables occupied. A waiter walked by a few times, waited on tables behind and across from me, but zero acknowledgement. I wouldn't have had any problem waiting if they were understaffed -- all someone had to do was let me know they'd get to me as soon as they could

The food and service are great! Would highly recommend. Combination of Asian dishes along with Sushi options.

The sushi and specials were very good and the wait staff was wonderful and knowledgeable!
