Brisket is super moist with a nice smoky flavor. Nice pepper and salt bark. It's cooked for 19 hrs over hickory wood. Pork was just as moist with a slight smoky flavor and super tasty. On to the chicken wings which had a nice flavorful crust to them and still had some moistness to them. Next up were the ribs, they had a nice thin dry rub on them, not super spicy. Next up was the coleslaw that was off the chart, the mixture of the pineapple with a slightly sweet sauce just put it in a different category. The Mac and cheese was made with small elbow macaroni and a nice creamy cheese sauce, Yummmy. The final item was the baked beans which had a slightly sweet sauce to them. Good stuff!!! Oops!!! Almost forgot the sauces. The original was a nice blend of spices and just a touch of sweetness to it. As I am writing this, keep dipping my fingers in it. Yummmy!! The spicy sauce has just enough heat to it, won't burn your taste buds off. This probably one of the best Food Trucks I have visited. Get out and check Lonnie and his crew out. They do around 300 lbs of meat a day. You won't be disappointed. Don't be shut out!!!

We just moved into the area and I have driven by the Park Rd. location as we moved items. Today at 4, I saw they were opened and we stopped for dinner. I grabbed 3 orders of pulled pork, a full rack of ribs, and 2 orders of mac and cheese.The sauce is okay. A good mix of sweet and spicy. Not too overwhelming for kids. I might ask for the pulled pork without it on it next time (just a preference). Next time, I'll also probably try the spicy sauce on my own. It was good on the ribs, though.The ribs were great. I think they know definitely know their way around a smoker and bbq. The ribs were tender, smoky, and well-balanced with the sauce. I like the packaging, too, because the container can go straight in the fridge.The Mac and cheese was solid. My wife liked it, and we ate both servings between the two of us.For the money, we will be back. BBQ can be expensive to make on your own and buy already cooked. They've done a great job of balancing cost and quality. We will be back!

Reading the other reviews on here is kinda weird. But based on what they're saying and the location of this truck I have to assume they simply haven't tried anywhere else.While it is reasonably priced, I felt everything EXCEPT the brisket was very subpar. The sides were bland, I would be shocked if the mac n cheese isn't from a box and the green beans had canned written all over them. Edible, but not what I expected. Wings were tender, meat fell of the bone. But the flavors just weren't there for me.Now that BRISKET! The brisket was the real deal. I loved the thick cut slices, it had a great bark and was super tender. The brisket was everything I had hoped this place to be. It's unfortunate the other menu items just weren't hitting it for me. Its still always nice to support a black business. If I'm ever in the area again, I definitely wouldn't mind stopping for some brisket.

If you are looking for some real Barbeque,Jack Rubys is what you need to have! I first tried it a year ago and I have not found anything like it. I also refuse to have anything else in my fridge. The taste is great and even better it's Gluten Free. vegan. It's absolutely the Best!!!

I had the brisket and the ribs, both were excellent. Super moist and flavorful. The mac and cheese and baked beans were very good as well.

I have driven past many times, but today just decided to give it a try. Everything is very reasonably priced and without sacrificing quality. We got some ribs, the pulled pork, and some mac n cheese. Don't forget dessert - we finished it off with some cobbler. Everything was delicious. We'll definitely be back again.

Stopped here for the first time tonight. My fiancé and I got the ribs, pulled pork sandwich, mac n cheese, baked beans, and blueberry cobbler. Everything was fantastic! For anyone who drives past regularly and hasn't given it a try, you need to make a stop here. Everything was also pretty reasonably priced which you don't always get with bbq
