J.Meatball

Decided to check out a new Food Truck today. It's called J.Meatball. The owner/chef is Jeff. He has been in business for only a month. Has a number of sandwiches on the menu but when you have Meatball in your name, guess what, you have to have the namesake sandwich. The sandwich comes on an Auddino sub bun. He loads it up with 4 all beef meatballs, fried onions, sauce and tops it with mozzarella cheese. He also has a special sauce to add to it, pure deliciousness. Okay I had been to Villa Nova this last weekend and these actually rival theirs. They also have snacks and sodas. And who carries Faygo soda on a Food Truck??? He does!!! All I can say is everyone needs to check this truck out, you definitely won't be disappointed. *****Update on the sauce. It is a mayonnaise lemon juice, fresh herbs, water champagne and a special leaf from the mint family. You'll have to taste it to figure it out. Updated on his qualifications, Graduate of CSCC. Went to have a couple drinks at grizzly bird brewery on route 3 and Maxtown and this food truck was out back. Seemed worth the shot, took a few minutes. Totally #WORTHIT the sauce that comes with the meatball sub is banging!! I never like meatball subs till I had this one! Mind blown! GO GET YA SOME!!
