This has quickly become one of my favorite pizza places in Columbus. The food is always fresh and the pizza consistency reminds me so much of the New York style pizza I have grown up eating. They have beef pepperoni is a great alternative for those who do not eat pork. The crust is also very flavorful. Quick service, great food!!

XL pie with half pepperoni and mushrooms half sausage and black olives. They cheese was very good and there was a lot of it. The slice itself had a lot of flop to it, no crisp. It was a chewy crust but very fresh. I liked all the toppings. Would recommend. 6.9

Food was good. Very nice people! The crust on the pizza was good and had a nice chew. My favorite was the Stromboli, though. A lot of Stromboli's have too thick of a dough but this one was perfect!

I ordered IL Forno through UberEats late one night while working. I was really craving a sub and IL Forno was the only place that was open that was offering subs. I went with the Italian sub as it was listed as one of their "Popular" items. It was seriously one of the best Italian subs that I have ever had! The bread was freshly baked and tasted absolutely amazing! The toppings on the sub were fresh as well! I topped my sub (that already has turkey, ham,pepperoni, and salami on it) with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, banana peppers, mayo, and Italian dressing. It was seriously so good! I didn't see many "side" options (which was a little disappointing) so I just went ahead with a dessert. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake. This was really good too! The cheesecake was pretty light and fluffy which is how I like it. The strawberry topping with the cheesecake was so good as it had the perfect sweet taste! I will definitely be ordering from IL Forno again!

Everything I've had from il forno has been top notch! My wife and daughter claim there cheesy garlic bread is the best they've ever had. The pepperoni pizza, baked ravioli and the lasagna are like home made. The marinara sauce used here is good not sure if it's a family recipe or not but it's great. There is no dine in eating area which is okay by me sometimes carry out is the way to go and this is the way to carry out. The portions are decently sized and the owner is in the store everyday working. He has excellent customer service and talks about the food as it's his passion.

IL Forno is a hidden gem in Pickerington. Their pizza is delicious. It's closer to a NY style pizza than a Columbus style. Large floppy pieces with flavorful sauce and seasoned crust. We discovered this place last year and it has become our go to for the East side.
