I ordered using Uber eats in advance and right now they're right on time because they're going to be here at dinner time. This is the first time we're eating here -me and my mom -we got a few rolls and a sashimi plate... I know this says steakhouse, but we want sushi from Japan, so I'll have to do... kabuki (our go to ) wasn't so good last time so we decided to try something different and success!

I have been to this restaurant many times and even during the pandemic when it was take out only. My rating today is strictly on the service because, something was definitely wrong from the moment I walked in until I left. I called my order in and it still took 40 min longer than what they said. The person ahead of me had problems with their order as well. When I finally got my order it was only part of it. The cashier had to keep going back and forth it did not make any sense. I felt like I should have gotten a discount but they really did not care.The food was good but it was less than usual. It also no longer came withegg yolk sauce, which they fail to mention when I called. I do love their foodbut it will be a while before I return.

Pretty good hibachi style restaurant. I had the Hibachi Scallops, and fried rice, and had the Crab Rangoons for an appetizer. The Crab Rangoon were excellent, and were the traditional shape, unlike the folded pouches you often find in Columbus. The show portion was good, without being too much. The scallops were cooked well, and the rice and sprout portion was huge. No need to go away hungry hear. All in all, a solid hibachi joint. Will eat here again.

Went to dinner around 5:00 pm. Our chef was Fi, he was awesome. The food was perfect, flavorful and cooked just right. I was weary about going because I have been at the Georgesville rd location and it was terrible. I'm so happy that we have a close hibachi japanese resturant close that is good. I definitely will be back

I ordered a California roll as well as an eel roll. I got crab stick and tempura flakes wrapped in sushi rice as my California roll and the eel was so slimy I couldn't safely eat it on the eel roll. I am an avid sushi eater and just wanted something quick for lunch, absolutely disgusting. I will be reporting this to the health department because I believe the fish I received wasn't safe. Crab Rangoons were okay but not great. Extremely disappointed to not be offered a refund when I called them stating they couldn't not give me one based on their system. $17 down the toilet. Also the place smells musty when you walk in, they need to open a window so bad.

We won't return. It was not a pleasant experience. Because I ordered teriyaki, my order was made in the kitchen. It was not made until after my family was finished with their meals. I sat awkwardly and took mine to go. The remedy was 15% off of my meal.

I've been coming to Ichiban for over 6 years and have a wonderful experience every time I go. The prices have went up but you will find that happening everywhere nowadays. The portions are great and get to take home leftovers.
