I Don’t Care Eatery & Spirits

The menu is a little small, but what they do have is very good. The service is very good, our server was very kind. The place was fairly empty and quiet, which for us was enjoyable. Definitely would recommend, may be a little hard to find.

When you don't know what you don't know, sometimes good things happen. I didn't think I would care for "I Don't Care Eatery & Spirits". What looks like more like some type of industrial building than somewhere you'd want to eat, this place was a wonderful, yummy surprise. Seven people were on our take-out order and all of us really liked our meals. YAY!I had the steak burger and nearly forgot to take a picture. It grabbed me soon as I opened the clam shell and seen the size and got a sniff. It did not disappoint. The flavor & juiciness of the burger and the fresh toppings leaped over my expectations from the first bite and kept going until the end. I am a fan and will try to come back when in the area.The inside is spacious and nicely appointed for a local eatery. With a full bar and spacious dining are you are sure to have a great time along with a great meal. Funny thing is I didn't think this was the place. Please DO CARE to eat at I Don't Care Eatery & Spirits. I do. 2 Forks Up!!!
