Hughes Outdoors

Hughes Outdoors is fantastic. They were waiting on us when we arrived and were very personable. The kayak launch dock at the loading ramp they use is so nice. Easy in and out and Hughes Outdoors helped us get situated. This area of Alum Creek Lake is a no-wake area and very calm and peaceful. I highly recommend this kayak outfitter. We will be back for sure.

Took a small pontoon (seadoo switch) out for 2 hours and had a Blast! This is a very friendly, thoughtful, well-run operation with great equipment and instructions all with a warmth and a smile. They called us when they opened on the day of our initial rental saying the 'seas' were a bit rough and we can chance it or reschedule - so we pushed out to later in the week and found a perfect day on the water. Highly Recommend. Would love to do the jet skis next time.
