Do not rent apartment 702. You are living rent next to the gym on the 7th floor. The walls are paper thin and you'll hear weights being dropped at all hours including 6am. It sounds like thunder and the walls shake. No matter how many emails I've sent to the leasing office and management, the issue gets ignored. They also charge you an arm and a leg for Apt 702 because it's the "penthouse." There is nothing special about the penthouse. It's is just like any other floor. If anything it is more annoying because of only a single elevator that will take you to your floor if you have groceries or a cart. Not to mention a massive water leak that floods the hall every time they fill and drain the pool reach year. The smell of mildew and sight of mold on the baseboards as you walk through the hall to your "luxury" apartment to be woken at all hours by the sound of thunder coming from the gym next door. Let me also mention all the increased crime in the area and numerous car break ins that happen here. Gated, yes it is. But people walk in or sneak in and your car is robbed. The apartments are beautiful, but there are so many issues with this building, I would advise anyone to stay far far away.
