House of Cigars

I love the customer service. The owner is so friendly and helpful. The selection of cigars are great and the value is spectacular. The prices are very reasonable. My husband and I love buying our cigars here!

Cigars, cigars cigars this is the warehouse. This is where you get the most cigars at at this location. It's actually good. Go in everybody. There is very knowledgeable. They'll tell you what will fit your pallet and you'll get some lives too

This might be the best cigar shop in the Columbus area. This is the warehouse for all the other House of Cigar locations, so their inventory is huge. The employees know what they are talking about and they have some rare sticks, or can point you in the direction to a different location of where they might be.

Best cigar store in the city , selection is great people are friendly , and they definitely go the extra mile to help the customer , hasn't changed in 10 years still amazing store

Weird little shop. First thing the guy said was complaining about where my uBer dropped me off. Probably the most disorganized cigar shop I have ever been to. Grabbed a couple cigars for buddies to bum off me that were pretty cheap and didn't appear to be moldy or dried out. The guy working was cold and unhelpful, but I got what I needed and left. I did get two Dunhill heritages for 5 bucks a piece though, so there is that.

I used to visit this shop once a week, but it's become a disappointment. They have such a huge selection but I've found moldy cigars, dust cigars, stale and just questionable looking cigars. I don't think that they are able to turnover their inventory often enough to ensure the freshness of their product. They do have some good prices (Rocky Patel Edge: 2 for $10). Nowadays I only stop by for those Rocky Patels because I know they sell so many of them that they must replace their inventory regularly.

This is the best cigar shop in Cbus. I drive over 55 miles just to get my cigars here . I have had a tour of the warehouse . They have my cigars on hand always. The staff always give me my first responder discount. And thanks for always having my CAO Italia piazza . And my parido kings in a box. I have never found any other cigar shop that have both. Most shops don't have a clue what I'm talking about. Thanks for making my drive worthwhile.

I stopped here because my usual cigar shop was closed. There is a huge selection however the cigars I selected where very dry. I was extremely disappointed because spent well over $100 for some hi quality sticks. I won't be back

I'm giving this place a 1star for the sole fact that they have a huge selection. On that note....they have an over abundance of cigars to the point they have cigars molding in there! The employee was not talkative, nor helpful, nor friendly. The lounge was ok except you have to leave at 545 when "the lounge closes at 6" What a shame...

Patricia was so helpful! I walked in with no idea what I was looking for and she helped me select a few cigars for my bf's birthday - all within my price limit. Excellent service & a great first experience. Will be back again!
