This store is not in the best neighborhood and the sign is misleading. It says drive thru liquor agency but you must park and go inside to purchase liquor. The drive thru employee was polite. But inside, there was a whole lot of ruckus. A customer came in claiming that they were charged for a bottle that they didn't receive and during our transaction, the clerk grabbed a 2- liter of soda we'd asked for but then forgot to ring it up. We had to go back through the drive thru for that (nearly $4) 2-liter.

I have been coming here for several years. They are good people. Prices are a little more than others, but that's the cost of convenience.

The sign on the door says they charge $1 for using a debit card. After they rung me up the total seemed kind of high so I asked for a receipt. They charged me $3 plus a service fee of $1.07. I asked what the $3 charge was for. He said for using a debit card, the sign is on the door. I said the sign says $1. He said $1 per bottle. I said that's not what the sign says. He angrily gave me $2 back. Wonder how many people who aren't paying attention are being overcharged.

DON'T EVER use a credit card in this place. They have a cash advance machine that can be used for the amount of purchase (no cash back) for $2.50 but for the regulars they claim to waive the fee and have a PIN pad behind the counter. Problem is, what rings up on the register is not the same amount charged via the PIN pad. I've been overcharged as much as 20-25 dollars by not paying attention. After catching it, I've paid more attention to the amount of the bill and it is a recurring problem.

This liquor store is one of the better ones in the area. Open fairly late, and many prices of their bottles are a dollar or so cheaper than Kroger. Their staff is very quick behind the register and always kind. I've never had an issue with this store
