I'm a Maxxinista, and this location is my new favorite. Both the Home Goods and the attached Marshalls are huge, clean, and bright. On Saturday's, this place is PACKED, but the lines move pretty quickly. My friend and I really cleaned up on markdowns in women's wear after picking up some seasonal decor and the new food storage containers that I had been looking for. If you're not a browser, this store is not for the faint of heart, but if you are... save a couple hours, because you're going to need it. Don't worry - it's conveniently located by 101 Beer, Cap City Diner, El Vaq, and plenty of other places to drop and celebrate your deals after you've shopped!

I get here once or twice a year, mainly for gifts. This time for Xmas stuff for our dogs, and they had a ton of treats, toys, and costumes. Reasonable prices. Normally I would be here for unusual food treats, or maybe home decor, and they have good selections of both. I did grab some phone screen covers in the checkout line for a great price.Good service. Long line, but plenty of cashiers moving quickly, and still being friendly.

While I am a giant fan of Home Goods, I can easily inform you that this location is not my favorite Home Goods in the city. While it's conveniently located on the corner or Morse and Hamilton roads AND it's attached to a TJ Maxx, it's fairly disorganized compared to others I've been to in Columbus. When it comes to these types of stores, where you really need to search for a good find, organization is a must for me. On the flip side, the staff was really friendly and the checkout line, while long when I was ready to get out of there) went super-fast. I really appreciate when the folks running the register understand that making the process smooth and quick is always good. I'm not sure if I'll be back often. I likely stick with the Easton location.

Worst customer service ever. There was a ficus tree that was damaged. The rocks in the planter were coming loose and one of the handles was broken. I asked for 10% off. The home decor person dismissed my concerns out of hand and offered a measly $1 off for the handle. Had I not been to several stores looking for a ficus tree, I would have not purchased. When I got the tree out to my car and leaned it into my car to load it, more of the stones fell out. By time all was said and done, I have to replace all the stones. I won't be back to this store despite it being down the street from my home.

One of the best and busiest HomeGoods in Columbus. The only drawback is there's always a pretty long line, but other than that it's my go-to for home stuff!

Come here first when in the market to purchase something for your home or office. Get great quality for a great price. Yes, sounds cheesy but it's true. I come here before going to the other top home stores like crate and barrel, bed bath and beyond, pier 1 imports, etc. I get the same items that I would get from those locations for less of the price. I also enjoy the clearance sections for items that I am not looking for but items I could use, obviously because the price is right. The store can be disorganized and super busy with long lines. You have to come with patience. I just leave my husband and son at home so I am not pressured to rushed and can enjoy browsing around.

Best Home Goods I've been to. Quite a large selection of all kinds of stuff: Home decor, dried fruits and nuts (lots of treats!), assorted chocolates and macaroons, kitchen utensils, accent pillows, paintings to spruce up your rooms, and on and on. I'd been looking for a new accent pillow for quite some time, and I finally found one here! **Pure elation!** Every pillow I've come across hasn't been firm enough to my likings. That daunting search can finally come to rest! Good pricing, and plenty of sales associates manning the registers and all throughout the floor.

Unfortunately, my opinion has changed a bit.... This last trip (just now) wasn't as fun. My husband found a pair of boots that he was very interested in purchasing... Good boots, great price. When we went to check out, the label didn't match their computer system.. So after the shoe department employee did some research (which took longer than we had realized it would), found out that the shoes were in fact more than $10 more than the ticketed price, and they weren't going to honor the ticketed price.Ummm.... Who does that? Very poor customer service, very poor Marshall's.

This store is clean and professional with a lot of different items in stock. You never know what you will find here so I like to check back every so often for new items! Sometimes you can find a really great deal! Service is professional and staff are nice.

Honestly, I could spend hours in here, carefully surveying isle by isle looking for hidden treasures. There is something here for everyone's taste and style. Items are constantly changing so, if you see something and you like it or think you'll grow to like it, you'd better buy today it because there's a 99.99999% probability it won't be there tomorrow. Same thing applies if you are buying multiples of something, be sure you get all of the bits and pieces or be left short. The stock changes frequently therefore, its best to pop in on a regular basis. I like to keep a list of items I'm looking for in order to stay on track. This store triggers my shopper FOMO something fierce! It's rare that I don't walk away with soooomething new. "You should get that Stacey... it's the perfect color and, come on look how cheap it is...you know it won't be here tomorrrrooooow!" Sounds familiar yeah?I bought a Le Creuset pie dish for $16, WINNING.
