I had passed their sign a number of times and decided that today would be my day to stop. From the name of the restaurant, I didn't have the foggiest idea what type it would be but I figured either African or Middle Eastern. I was right on the African part. This is in an old Burger King and the menus are on the wall over the counter. None of the dishes made sense to me so I asked for a suggestion from the manager. But before she could give me a suggestion, I saw a dish that I thought I would like. Beef in a stew of sorts and it came with a couple of pieces of bread like pancakes. It turned out to be very good. Actually, I'd say it was better than good. It had carrots, celery, tomatoes, and potatoes in a redish broth. Delish!

This place is very good. I've been here twice and both times the food was excellent. The owner is the cook in the back and her family does the service. You have a type of picture menu that is reminiscent of chinese places, but the food is sooo good. My hubby said the beef soup is the best he's ever had and that says alot since neither of us shy aware from any type of food...we actually love trying new cuisine. The portions are huge. The family is from Sengal so thumbs up to another African restaurant in Columbus. The chicken was wonderful, as was the fish. I'm not a big fan of goat (too much fat for me), but the hubby and son loved it. There are also some authentic juices that the red one is just wonderful. Most people seem to pick up from here, but we ate in. Try it...it's so good!!!
