We got a mellow fellow pen there after only even 24 hours stopped working completely not to mention it cost $40 went in to try to swap out or get money back. And call and they said no and that there is nothing they can do staff was very rude and gave us a long toothpick to help clear it but still did no help:( if I worked there I would want regular customers to come back so I would offer them their money back or to switch out a bad product on our behalf absolutely ridiculous won't see us there anymore unless you want to give us our money back or a new pen on ur behalf or ur bad products..

Best smoke shop ever. Great staff and great atmosphere. The staff are super helpful and they are really what to give you the best experience possible. Definitely check this place out

On three separate occasions, no holidays and different days of the week each time, they have had the doors locked well before the listed closing time. The lights have been on and the sign turned to open, but doors locked and the one time I called, I got no answer. My issue is not so much as the being closed by 8 pm, but if that is the case then it should be changed online and whoever is closing should make sure the sign is flipped when they lock the door. The selection is exceptional, it is kept clean and the location is pretty accessible. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I have been helped. The unclear closing times are beginning to irk me though. I don't live nearby, I choose to go out of my way because of the positives. Anyway, so long as you make it out here before 8 pm, should be a simple and enjoyable experience. If you feel the need to look up the hours to ensure you have ample time to make it in and out before close, be prepared for disappointment.
