Suffice to say, I will not be back. The onsite restaurant the hotel boasts about (and that convenience was a primary reason for my stay) is apparently in some kind of a liminal state, wherein it hasn't yet fully failed and closed, but it also is not really operating as what most would consider a "restaurant" to be. I went to the lobby bar for dinner the night of my arrival, they got my drink wrong despite "whiskey and coke" having only two ingredients, they did not have napkins, they had literally one pen that patrons had to share to sign our bills, it was comical.Breakfast was actually worse - and in retrospect given the events of the night before, it was my fault for going back in at all, but as a rewards member they gave me a $10 discount card off a $17 buffet - and I thought "how hard can a buffet be to get right" and it was going to be both more convenient and cheaper than stopping again after I departed (this was a one night stay to break up the drive on a long road trip). The buffet was very awkwardly positioned, and the food was low in both quality and quantity, and they were always out of coffee (and you had to ask the lone server to go hunt in the kitchen for milk/sweetener/anything for it), but I eventually scavenged together something close enough to a breakfast and asked for the check. The harried server spent ~10 minutes refilling coffee dispensers (and apparently dealing with guests who had complaints from prior mornings, and had been promised accommodations she was unable to deliver) and then just entirely vanished for another ~5 minutes. By this time I was needing to get going, she was nowhere to be found, and while I felt a bit bad about leaving without formally signing a check and leaving a tip, 1) she knew my name and room number from the voucher and hence could bill me, 2) while I understand it wasn't entirely her fault, the entire experience including service was awful, and 3) she was absent for 15 minutes after the guest requested the check. I expected to find in my emailed bill a line item for something like the remaining $7 the voucher didn't cover, or maybe $10 if she wanted to take advantage of my departure and add a tip for herself. The charge for breakfast was $18. I'm not going to dispute it, I did technically run out on the bill, but I'm also not going back there, and writing this review. And if you've read this far... if you're an EV driver considering staying there because of the chargers, those are unreliable as well, again because of poor management. I finally figured out, thanks to PlugShare reviews, that two of the chargers are set to allow 48amps of current, but are only connected to 32amp breakers. So plugging in a car that can charge above 32amp reliably blows the breaker in the most frustrating possible way (about a 2-minute fuse before it pops, so your car will stop charging just about the time you get inside and get to your room). This could be solved by either putting a beefier breaker in the electrical panel, or limiting the charging equipment to a speed the panel can actually support. Leaving it in the "we can claim it on the website but it doesn't actually work reliably or as guests expect" state seems to be a theme for this entire property.

NO, NO and NO!What better way to mess up a great hotel (it was) than to hire a crew of weed smoking clowns.10 minutes to check in. Went to our room only to find it occupied. Came back to get a new room only to find no one at the desk. The clerk showed up 15 minutes later smelling like he bathed himself in weed. He then disappeared. The cook came out and apologized for the wait. 15 more minutes until jo jo the weed smoking clerk stumbled back an we got a room.Went to checkout and found I'd been billed for two rooms (remember the occupied room I walked in to?) and at a much higher rate than my reservation said.We were not the only ones having issues. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. You also notice this is the only Hilton property you'll ever see with below a four star rating.

Only 1 front desk employee working and lines of guest trying to check-in. Elevator broken... rude employees at the bar. Not common drinks at the bar. No room service... check-out experience was extremely bad with the associate on his phone texting as a preference compared to assisting me. I would never recommend this hotel / nor for business.

We stayed for 4 evenings while hosting a friend who flew in from Seattle to spend time with us. We chose this hotel due to price and location. When we arrived on Monday, we asked that the room be serviced daily. By Tuesday night we realized that wasn't going to happen so I went to the lobby for fresh towels and asked again that the room be serviced daily. When we returned Wednesday evening we had fresh towels but nothing else in the room was taken care of. The room was finally semi-serviced Thursday with the trash being taken out; however, still no beds made. Not sure if this is just something left over from the pandemic or not. But certainly if an occupant asks for their room to be serviced, it should happen.

Oh, forgot that I was gonna immediately delete my review. An experiment? you may be asking. So I wanted to see if I could increase their overall rating by posting a 5 star. Didn't move it much even though there is only 6 reviews. Well I decided that I'd keep it up and just update it. Super new and very clean. Beds were comfy and the right amount of firm and cushy. The showers were awesome. Overall a very nice place to stay. The staff, I'd say were pretty good and really no complaints in that department. We ate at the breakfast buffet, which was good but a bit overpriced. I'd probably skip it the next time. It was memorable though, not because of the food but because that's where we were sitting when my daughter found out she passed a very difficult certification board. We stayed a couple nights, in town to help my daughter move, and we'd stay there again unless that big Hilton in Easton gives a nice discount then we'd stay there.

So I must admit, we switched to this hotel after a really bad experience at Staybridge Suites by OSU. So anything was better than there. When we arrived, the front desk was very friendly and we were able to get the online price for a handicapped accessible without a reservation. When we arrived at the room, the room is large and very spacious. I did notice the toilet paper rolls both were 1/2 to 3/4th used - no problem, the bathroom is accessible for my older mom. When I checked the beds, one looked perfectly made but the other one on initial view, had the bed skirt tucked in - no problem, I'll just pull it out. But the problem became when we returned for the evening, the sheet on the bed was not properly on and we had to go under the comforter to pull it out. When I got into the bed, it didn't feel fully clean so pulled the sheets all the way down and there was dirt/crumbs on the bed. I called the front desk and they quickly sent up housekeeping (even at 7 p.m.) to remake the bed. Very friendly man and quick. I wish I could give the hotel higher than 3 stars but housekeeping needs some serious retraining to ensure rooms are fully clean. Or you need to hire more staff to keep up with fully cleaning rooms.

You are probably better off leaving your car windows down. If not good chance they will be broken out by thieves. Stayed 2 nights cars were broken into both nights. 2 of my windows. No security and no one even working front desk at night. no warning signs. t=you better park in entrance to hotel (Dropoff area). Police said happens on regular basis. Smash and grabs, by individuals in mask gloves and stolen cars. At 250 plus a night. Maybe Hilton should hire security guards. Undercover police operation? While checking in outsiders coming in and stealing sodas candy and food while employees watched. management nonexistent.

Nice accommodations, but unbelievable that you have a full bar of people wanting to spend money at the bar, and they strictly shut down at exactly 10 PM, lights out. And, no stock in their wine section at the front desk. Diamond member, bought 5 rooms for a company meeting. Never again.

Wifi did not work when I was in town to run an event and critically needed wifi late at night and early the next morning. Because I first assumed it was user-error, I woke up my sleeping husband and son to call the front desk. Who only informed me that the wifi did not work. Offering no help with my stressful situation. Hilton says they have a guarantee you'll be happy, clearly this is not the case. They created a very stressful situation for me.
