Nice hotel well situated by shopping and restaurants. We stayed one night as my gf attended a conference at the hotel. There are many large spaces in this center. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. The room was well arranged with comfortable furnishings and expected conveniences like a refrigerator and coffee maker. While she was at the conference I walked to different shops and restaurants. Nice area that we'd happily revisit.

Pretty nice hotel, we were here for a quick wedding weekend. The pool looked nice and the room was comfy. Surprisingly the furniture was pretty old for how updated the foyer looked as well as the outside. Location is unbeatable around the Easton Mall. We could walk to breakfast or dinner, shop around, and walk back easily to rest up before the next part of our day. The towels were pretty scratchy and they charged us for parking even though we didn't have a car at all. The downstairs restaurant/snack bar area had water bottles at airport prices (prepare to spend $$$) and we were pretty surprised about it! Overall, a nice stay for Columbus.

This Hilton is impressive on the outside for the area. The inside of the rooms were fine, nothing special. Decent space for the gym area and they had 4 treadmills. Needs some more upkeep as it was kind gross in there at times with sweat. Buffet in the morning is pretty pricey at $22, but if you load up on food in the morning it is worth it. Service was good for breakfast and at their mini store.

I didn't stay the night here but was here for an event. I don't know how much control they have over the programming of events, but maybe they should exercise more. I was attending a concert/banquet and it opened with a 2 minute prayer that asked everyone to bow their heads, an hour and a half after the doors were supposed to have been opened and food was supposed to have been served. It was so incredibly disorganized, and it clearly wasn't at full fault of the hotel, but I didn't see any staff helping the event organizers whatsoever. Got to a table with old, soggy salad and inedibly sour dressing. The chicken was okay, and the rice was disgusting. Pro tip: don't serve bad rice at an Asian event. They didn't plan correctly, so whereas most of us got okay chicken, some people got salmon which is worth way more and looked much more appetizing. The presentation of dessert was cute but gross, like someone threw together a box mix and put in 3 times the amount of sugar asked for. The sound quality was okay, but bad enough that I couldn't understand much of the words being said or sang. The catering staff were doing their best but were understaffed and uninformed. Any time we asked a question, they had no idea of an answer and were not at liberty to bring us another plate of food when one of the people at our table didn't have one. The bartender in the back of the venue was great and held down the fort well on her own even though... why would they have 1 bartender for an event with hundreds of people.Lastly, the bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor, in almost every stall. I was astounded by how people could be so sloppy, until I reached for toilet paper and the whole roll slid off. There are no stoppers on the toilet paper holder, which was weird, wasteful, and so unsanitary. They don't have mounted paper towel dispensers either, just glorified tissue holders sitting on the sinks with water surrounding them and dripping off them. At least one sink didn't work.Overall, seems to be a place that pretends to be really nice and upscale but is really just mid and cheap (quality) af. Would not come her of my own accord or recommend for an event.

This hotel is beautiful and huge. The room is a very nice size, large enough for a king-sized bed and a sofa bed.My negative is that I have Hilton Gold status. I had to ask for the complimentary water bottles at check in and was not offered a goody bag as per the Gold loyalty guidelines. There is no sign in the room to let the cleaning staff know you want your room skipped, but our room was skipped the first morning we were here. That was okay with us as many hotels now skip a room make-up to every other day, but usually it's at the request of the person in the room. We were just skipped. The TV connection is terrible. I mentioned this to others in our group. There seems to a problem with the hotel's TV/cable connection. This a lovely looking hotel and not inexpensive. The TV's should work! There are places on the first floor for pick and go snacks(rather pricy), two breakfast/lunch restaurants. One offers a set price buffet and the other, menu items. There is large bar with a big screen TV showing sporting events whenever I walked by. There is a very large shopping area a very short walk from the hotel, including a number of restaurants; there is no dining room in the hotel. There are quite a few large rooms, presumably rented out for receptions or conferences.Even though I was not in the hotel room much, it would have been nice to have had a working TV!

From the outside to the lobby look beautiful and would expect it to be top service. However this didn't seem to be the case. The restaurant hours were hit or miss. The thing in the room said they were open till midnight and each night at 8:30 when I came in the women told me the grill was closed. So essentially you could not get anything to eat after 8pm. The rooms were good size but all the USB ports were broken or failing out. The room was good size and clean. The AC didn't work very well wouldn't go below 74 in the room. I would of expected a little more from a Hilton. During the day the hotel staff was nice and I'm assuming everything was open. Just like everyone else these days they don't clean rooms daily and you have to go out of your way to get clean towels. Maybe for one night this place would of been ok just not multiple nights.

Customer service not up to Hilton's standards. Rude staff at front desk. Wouldn't accommodate a late checkout for Gold member (only asking for noon) Room smelled of smoke. Soap dispensers in shower empty every night of stay. AC in room didn't cool adequately. Will NEVER stay here again under any circumstances.

No complaints about the hotel itself, but the front office staff placed an unauthorized charge on my credit card and did not seem eager to correct their mistake. I am still awaiting resolution after five days and have been very disappointed that four phone calls and four emails have gone unanswered.

If it was possible to give this "hotel" a zero we would. The people running this hotel should be fired for incompetence and endangering customers health. We have stayed here many times while visiting family, but this will be our last stay. We travel around the world and as long as our room is clean, the rooms are serviced daily and the AC works we aren't that picky. We booked 2 junior suites for my husband and I, our son and his very pregnant wife and their 2 girls age 3 years and 10 months. Their AC DID NOT WORK AT ALL! Ours was not great so they gave us both box fans. BOX FANS. We later discovered many others on the 6th floor also had no AC. BOX FANS FOR EVERYONE!For the 4 days we were there NO ONE ANSWERED THE FRONT DESK PHONE, EVER! My husband had to go down to the lobby and stand in line at the front desk daily (some days 4 times a day) to get someone to look at the AC, the first day 3 times he went down, nothing was fixed. Our pregnant daughter in law was getting physically ill from the heat.No one came and cleaned our room for the 3 nights we were there (yes we requested daily service). When returning to our HOT, dirty, unserviced room the first day we of course called the front desk (no one answers the front desk remember, yes this is a supposed to be a nice Hilton people) with no answer and again my husband goes back down to the lobby. Hours later after 8pm we finally were delivered some towels, we had to physically hand them the trash bags and could not get refills for the coffee machine because the woman understood zero English, plus she was only towels, no supplies. She did however know how to pick up the tip that had sat there all day waiting for housekeeping. For $240 a night these simple things are what we paid for, this isn't the Ritz, but AC is mandatory. We were told there were no rooms for our son and his family to move to. We could have all slept in our room on a filthy couch or filthy dirty carpet but that wasn't happening. At this point we were desperately trying to find another place to move our family to before we ended up having to make an emergency room visit but had no luck. After sending emails to the "general manager" Perry Hansen, we were replied to with a form letter saying they would give us future rooms if we would give them a 5 star rating! UNBELIEVABLE!! Nothing fixed, still no service, just some CYA platitude email. I would pitch a tent and have a better stay on the grass out front and would not stay here again even if it was free. We received the same form email (which I will attach) multiple times from this clown all while nothing was done. It seems posting pics of yourself on FB is more important than taking care of customers. Hilton, you really have dropped the ball here, this is an epic fail, my next letter is to your corporate office where I will add more details of their incompetence. Then to ever other travel site where I have accounts.By some miracle the second night, after a brutal first night they "found" a room to at least move my sons family to. While moving we met another family who had been there for 4 days with NO AC FOR THEIR WHOLE STAY. They were given the same excuse, no rooms, here's a box fan and suck it up. They luckily got to leave before us and refunded for their stay in full. Interesting right? Like us they were busy during the day thinking they would come back to a clean, cool room only to find a HOT, DIRTY, UNSERVICED ROOM and a completely absent management staff. This joke of a hotel ruined a trip we had planned months for, the way we were treated was inexcusable and our daughter in law's and grandchildren's well being from the heat and the hotels neglect was bordering on criminal. The general manager cares nothing about the customers and only about his "5 star rating" which apparently he thinks can be bought with future free stays, I can only imagined how you would be treated if you paid nothing here! Makes you question the legitimacy of other reviews right? We have been Hilton customers for over 40 YEARS and this is not typical, it is sad and pathetic if this type of service is now considered acceptable in the Hilton chain. This was a $2500 mistake we will not make again and hopefully helps prevent others from making the same mistake.AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

Since they deleted my review from their page.THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!Update, I'm still waiting on towels I asked for yesterday from desk and today from manager, I'm walking to get them myself and there's a man yelling f you, c**nt down the hall at his significant other, while my kids and other families are trying to relax. This place is a disgrace for a supposed upscale hotel. Outside of Blake at the desk, Cody at the lobby bar was the only other friendly/helpful person we encountered. He was willing to go above and beyond to try and make our time a little better. Both of my children were also cut by exposed staples in the chair and my daughter used their pillow one night and woke up with a rash all over her face. I am so angry, I never thought safety and cleanliness would be a concern at this property. Manager also tried to bribe me with 2500 hilton honor's points to leave a 5 star review after hearing my whole story. What a slap in the face!
