Hilliards Furniture

Hilliards furniture is a hidden jam. Looking at the store from outside, you will not think that it's a furniture store. It looks like a warehouse. But there is so much more to this place than meets the eye. Soon as we entered, we were greeted by Jon. He was very friendly and very informative. He answered any questions we had and then some. He educated us on how the sofas are made and different types and materials of sofas. If you want high-end furniture that you can customize and great customer service then this is the place to visit. You will not regret visiting Hilliards furniture.

Okay - I've heard of this place before, but never had the chance to stop in here before today. A colleague and I stopped in here on a sales call and we were both taken away by the beauty of all the furniture that is in this store. Jon, the sales manager was very informative and was there to answer our questions. There was alot of beautiful items for the home. I will definitely be stopping by again to shop!!

Very quaint mom and pop feel, even had a cute dog to greet you when you walk I just didn't have what we were looking for. Nice older business to support instead of the big box stores!

We have purchased from this company before, but NEVER again! We bought 2 expensive Flexsteel leather recliners that lasted several years. The leather color actually peeled off the headrest, as if it wasn't actually even stained into the leather. It was more like peeling paint. This happened to BOTH recliners! We have no children, no pets and are in a smoke free environment. Therefore, none of those things could have contributed to this problem. We wrote both Flexsteel and Hilliards Furniture, without a response from either. Customer care is obviously "out the window" these days!

My wife and I have shopped at Hilliards for many years. We love the locally-owned feel of the place, and have bought many accent pieces over the years. When we decided it was time to replace our well-worn family room furniture, we quickly discovered that we would need to custom-order what we really wanted, so we gave Hilliards a chance. Jon and Mindy were fantastic in helping us in finalizing our selection, from styling accents to leather quality. We loved the end results, including the amazing quality of the leather. Jon actually talked us out of selecting the absolute top grade option, as he realized it was more than we would want or need for our lifestyle; that saved us hundreds of dollars, but also took profit out of his pocket.A few months after we took delivery, we noticed an issue with our recliner. Jon came out to our house to check it out, and confirmed it needed some work. He ordered the part, but since it didn't come in before the holiday (when we would have a house full of family), he implemented a temporary fix for us the day before Thanksgiving. As soon as the parts arrived - the following Monday, of course - his team picked up the chair, the repairs were done, and they dropped it back off the following Wednesday. While we weren't thrilled to have any issues with our new, high-end furniture, the customer service and support we received from Hilliards is a perfect example of why we prefer to support small business owners. They treated us like family, and have earned our continued business with their store. Don't be fooled by the newly "condensed" showroom; there is way more to Hilliards than meets the eye, and you won't regret your visit!

Hilliards Furniture is a wonderful store with quality merchandise, outstanding customer care, and a great sense of style from traditional to contemporary furnishings! The owners and employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. We have worked with Hilliards for many years and our expectations have always been exceeded! The prices are very competitive and we especially like friendly Benji, the greeter dog.
