There was a bucket of dirty liquid with no lid setting out for kids to play in or fall into. And also a bucket of pool chemicals, I assume.

The pool in this "Luxe" community was a mess and a bit dangerous.

current resident and take my advice, avoid moving here at all costs!! Currently trying to give them my 60 day notice that I am leaving but they refuse to respond or accept it which is insane in itself. They never answer the phones/return messages and always make every single interaction ridiculously complicated. I have lived here for 7 years and used to be very happy here, but ever since Brittany took over as the community manager it has consistently gone down hill in many ways. The other office staff member, Julie, is equally unhelpful. They both ignore messages and then when you are frustrated about it act as if you are the problem and do not even attempt to apologize. They also consistently close the office early making it even harder for the tenants to contact them since they don't answer the phones or call people back. I am blown away by the blatant level of unprofessionalism and the fact that no one there even really seems to care about how they make their paying tenants feel. All those complaints aside, they have increased my rent over 20% in the last 2 years. How can you increase someone's rent that much but allow your services to go down hill like that? I have also left messages with their corporate office and have still not received a call back so it appears they do not care either. Save yourself the headache and choose one of the other many upscale communities that have a better support staff that actually take the time to do their job and care about their residents.

I cannot, with good conscience, recommend anyone live here. The management refuses to deal with problems of any kind. The equipment in the fitness center has been broken for months, people that don't live here come and use the pool and grill, tenants are allowed to park on the grass, weekends at the pool are like frat parties with beer, DJ quality speakers and awful Pandora playlists. During the summer teenagers are left unsupervised at the pool for hours and management does nothing. Complaints fall on deaf ears.

MOLD in my furnace .... Never fixed ...Placed us in a apartment that smelled like cigarettes the whole time we were there (even our clothes in the closet . Nicotine drips literally dripping down They put new carpet and paint up , to coverup the smell . They have hidden fees , birds nest in dryer vents , horrible mess when lawn mower people but grass ...their online payment system changes about every month so be prepared for overcharges and account mess ups . Property manager is very short , and rude , and really doesn't care about anything but her paycheck . Period .... Pool was dirty all summer ! They do a terrible job preparing your apartment Don't refill dog waste bags , no safety street lighting. This is only the beginning ... Do not become a resident ! I'm telling you

As other reviews have stated, the staff is unresponsive, rarely answer the phone and you have to keep at them to get anything done/get a response. Rent has gone up $300 in the last 2 years and nothing to show for it. Brand new apartments close by for much less, with much better quality appliances, etc., plus include trash and water in the rent price, close to $500 less. Maintenance is decent but the office staff rarely answer the phone and you have to keep at them to get any kind of response. They supposedly returned my deposit more than 2 weeks ago but it has never been received and no response from the office staff or the financial person they told me to contact. They force you to make your rent payment online and then charge you $7 to do so. They charge you for "valet trash" whether or not you want it, plus a $12 fee for the trash compactor which is a total of $42 a month. I would NOT recommend. I know most of my old neighbors have moved or are looking to move ASAP. They want their money ASAP but when they owe you they will avoid it any way they can.

Extremely frustrated and cannot wait until my lease is up. To start, I show up on my move in day and nothing is prepared. The front office representative had no clue what was going on. The apartment on day 1 had mold falling from the showers onto my feet from all over. The boards on my balcony were coming up and nails were exposed. However, my biggest complaint is the property manager. She is incredibly rude. She sounds annoyed anytime you call to speak to her with an issue. She is immature and makes remarks that are entirely unprofessional. She is disorganized, and will make you email her the same form multiple times. Most of all, she genuinely just doesn't care about residents and their comfortability in the home. It's sad because the apartment after getting scrubbed is actually really nice, but not worth all the problems.

Lived here for close to 5 years and absolutely love it. I can honestly say this is the first place I've ever lived where I have renewed a lease and didn't want to leave after a year. The community is very new and the clubhouse and pool area is great during the summer. Staff is great and very helpful.

I love this place! We have lived here for over a year and recently renewed our lease. The management staff is very laid back and helpful. The pool and workout area is always clean and has new furniture. The apartment we are in is small for the price of rent that we pay but it is worth it for the area. It is located out of the hustle and bustle and surrounded by fields. Parking is never really an issue and most of the neighbors are great.

First off I do not recommend anyone living here!! I lived here for 2 years, when they office staff came and posted for my renewal and it was going to be over $150/20% rent increase. I was shocked! When I asked for the reason they stated it was because of the new property management that took over, Steadfast Property Management. They wanted to get the value of the apartment up to what other rental property's back up to what everyone else around the area was paying. They said they would go to bat for us cause they were increasing the rent for everyone in the whole complex. When they contacted me back they only said they were able to bring it down $10. That was a slap in the face! I'm sorry, if your an existing tenant I understand increasing the rent $5, $10, $30, and maybe even $40. But $140 to $150 and you complex doesn't even honor your contract you sign when you move in and your the one waking up early in the morning blowing the snow from the sidewalk and parking lot. And your doing all your own maintenance around your apartment cause you don't want to ruffle any feathers cause your a good tenant, and you pay your rent on time every month. Not to mention the new tenants moving in around the complex that was built in 2011 are now, well better lack of words turning the establishment to trash cause they don't have any respect.
