An out of the way joint in the heart of Sparta Ohio with friendly fast service. We only had their great ice cream tonight, but their pizza and other food looked and smelled amazing. We're already planning our next visit here for dinner! Fairly clean and very prompt service. Definitely recommended!!

Was told 40 minutes on the phone. Got to the drive thru 45 minutes later. I paid and the girl at the window said "just give me a mjnute to get that order ready." Waited 10 minutes. The girl in the window said "Its gonna be a while on your order" I asked her what a while meant and she said "I don't know that's what he told me" Shut the window, and didnt show up for another 25 minutes. Best part...when I got the order the pizza was cold. I can make cold pizza with the best of em, don't need to pay someone else to do it for me.

So thankful for this place! We were photographing a wedding at a venue nearby and needed some Lunch! Luckily we seen this place and they quickly made two subs and get us out the door in less than 10 minutes. Great subs and great service!

The food is decent however the order is never right. The high school kids that take the orders over the phone will read the order back correctly then when you pick up it's wrong. We like to try to patronize our local businesses but we won't be back. My husband got what seemed like a cup of onions on a NO ONIONS salad. This was probably the 5th time it was wrong. We never complained all the other times and he had to throw the salads away. Too bad because the location is close to us.

Please do not be deterred by the sign that implies you will find pizza and ice cream only at this very nice restaurant. We had been out all day and were searching for someplace other than a chain eatery; we found Highland Pizza and Ice Cream; and, we nearly drove on until we saw a small sign that mentioned salads. We entered at what we thought was the front and saw only ice cream, but were instructed to go around to the back, which we learned was the restaurant entrance. Inside we found a clean space of tables and booths with cheerful friendly staff; K. B., a Highland HS Senior, served us: a meatball sub, a veggie sub and a pasta salad; oh yeah and chocolate ice cream. We found the ingredients fresh, the buns warm and flavorful, and both the sandwiches and salad filling and tasty. Some salad went in a box with us.If in the Sparta, Ohio neighborhood, we plan to stop again
