Heritage Preserve Apartments

Love it here!!! Jake is phenomenal and assist with me with any maintenance needs in a timely manner. He is amazing!! Brandi is also an amazing office manager as well!

These are seriously the worst apartment I have ever lived in in my life! And, I have lived in some really disgusting places. They are a complete rip off. Built with the cheapest materials, not maintained, filthy in the common areas and literally have the elevators out over 200 days a year. I have had to contact an attorney to escrow my rent to get the owners to even keep the elevator in working order - which they NEVER are. It is so sad because I had older neighbors who couldn't afford to move but since the elevators NEVER worked and they were on a fixed retirement income, they had to move and the building didn't help them at all!! I cannot think of a worse experience in my life!!!

I am posting this to young people who may not have the resources to simply pay to have them go away. We moved in after selling our home and waiting for our child to graduate so they could stay at the same school. 1st day in, we have a Great Dane in the apy above us. We complain about the small horse above us and are told that they can't discriminate about dog breeds...even though their lease has a whole list of dog not allowed. They take your dogs DNA yet there are piles of dog poop everywhere thdge you have to dodge while walking your fur baby. Packages are stolen or ripped open on a regular basis. Ask for the check out list before signing a lease. You will not get your deposit back and owe money. We paid the 150.00 carpet cleaning fee, yes that's hidden in your lease. We paid to have the apt cleaned and still ended up owing nearly $700.00 because they had to replace the old carpet in both bedrooms that we paid to have cleaned. Kept the cleaning fee and charged us for new carpet. Oh and they send your final bill to a collection agency so they don't have to speak to you. We have a great credit score and to have to deal with bottom feeding debt collectors 15 days after moving out isdisgusting. Just don't. I hope this helped.

Moved in recently at Heritage Preserve. This is a great place to live in. Great location, awesome neighborhood. I Had to move quickly, the manager was beyond helpful. In a couple of days, she was able to move me and my daughter to our new home. She was outstanding and went out of her way to make it happen
