misled me through the whole signing process, was denied because i didn't make 4x the monthly rent.. i'm sorry i'm a part time worker, full time student and who moved to ohio by herself at 19 and i don't make 5k a month... LMAO. i was told if i'm denied i'd get my security deposit back. it took them from july to THIS DAY to get it returned to me via mail. i called them multiple times to get this fixed and was told i'd get an email, did not- had to go in person and plead and the woman i spoke to was actually nice, but told me it'd be another week or two before i get it IF i get it... just pretty unprofessional and made everything complicated.

Ashley the landlord deleted my information off of the site and said that I owed month to month for 3 years because my lease was never signed. Ashley charged me 255.19 on a bill I didn't owe and threatened to shut off my water. Ashley then tried to get me to sign a notice to vacate that was signed 2022. Ashley is an extremely unethical and unprofessional worker and should be terminated.

I enjoyed my time at Heritage Apartments! The management staff was friendly and professional, and the maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. I only had one issue and it was addressed quickly. I would definitely rent there again!

Don't rent here. They will tell you the bad reviews are from "years ago" and "there's new management now". It's not true. If you pay a deposit for an apartment, you will never get it back. Never. Also if you ever want to have an intelligent conversation with someone in the management office, that won't happen. Ever. If you have any issue as an applicant or as a resident, be prepared to be completely ignored, they very rarely answer the phone. If you go in person you'll be treated so disrespectfully you'll be shocked. Nothing good will come of it, I promise you, just keep looking for other apartment options.
