It's a decent food truck, and when it comes to food trucks that come on OSU campus, my expectations are not too high. This place is about a 3.5 for me. I got the Asian taco and small parm fries. The taco is saltier than my personal preference. Other than that, it tastes pretty good. The parm fries is a nice concept but bc it's large granules of parm, they are not sticking to the fries too well, so most of the parm end up on the bottom of the bowl. Both the Asian tacos and fries are not made to order. I expected that from food trucks. So of you want incredibly fresh tasting food, this is not it. The burger, however, is made to order. So it's nice for quick lunch since choices at certain parts of campus is limited. But it's not a place I would make a special trip for.

I got the $4.00 Four Minute Egg with a pink lemonade. Great food at a great price. Incredible presentation for a food truck. If Herb'n himself was more business savvy he could do a lot with his truck.

Rarely do I give mid level reviews. Im an all-or-nothing kind of reviewer, but there was some ups and downs with herb'n. The food was tasty -- but I'm all about the full package when it comes to dining experience. The website needs works. It's a Wix-hosted site, which is a good start, but purchase the domain name -- please! It costs about $100 a year and will make your business so much easier to find. After finding the menu, I had my heart set on an Asian beer taco, only to find that they were out of it. These things happen, so I went with my first food-love, pulled pork. We actually giggled a little at work about the local ingredients, as clearly my sandwich was served on a local, Kroger bun. Not very fancy for the $7.00 sandwich. I should mention that I wasn't privy to pricing because prices weren't on the site. I didn't order the parm fries but heard they are a treat.Food truck dining should be simpler. Overall my sandwich was good, but stingy on the ingredients, and bread needed a bit of an upgrade for the price.

If I could give these guys a 0 I would. Saw these guys at the food truck festival. Got a fried lobster ravioli. Read the end...it's the best part about these guys.As for the food: I got 1 (ONE!) ravioli for $7. Ok, it's at a festival. And it's supposed to be lobster. But I was very surprised when every other food truck there gave you a reasonable amount of food for $7. Not these guys. 1 ravioli - $7. I expected it to be amazing. I mean, it's fried lobster ravioli!! It wasn't. I don't even think there was lobster in it...if there was it was a small amount. And drowned in other stuff. So far, it's expensive and not very good. The best part though? This just made me angry and the more I thought about it, the more I wish I'd just thrown the ravioli I'd just bought at them. When I was in line, they called out that they only had 9 raviolis left. I was just glad I was close to the front. The second they handed my 1 ravioli to me, a guy came out and yelled to the line "hey I'm sorry to do this but it's simple supply and demand. We have 2 ravioli left and a lot of people here. So the price just went up to $20." What???? Holy $& I thought he was kidding. He wasn't...I asked. He was being a complete unethical jerk. Thankfully everyone in line left and no one else bought any food from them. What a jerk. I truly wished I hadn't bought food from them. No one else at the festival upped their prices on people already standing in line when they ran out. Just these guys.Class act, Herb'n.

Everything we tried was pretty darn awesome. Burger was great. French fries were the best. Fried Rizzotto was delicious. Our new favorite food truck. Keep up the good work.

So I went to the food truck festival last night and had a pre planned list of trucks I wanted to try, and these guys made the cut. But when we got there an hour and a half or so before the end of the festival, they were already closing up shop because they had run out of food. Ok, they probably could've planned better, but hey, the food must be good if they ran out, right? We came back today in hopes that they would've prepared enough food for the day. Phew! We got lucky. Right as we got in line, they announced that they only had a few of their fried lobster raviolis left and it looked like I'd make the cut to get one (that's why I came to their truck). Sure enough, they still had some left when I got to the window! I handed them my $7 and they handed me a single ravioli. I was so disappointed. Nowhere on their menu did they make it clear that you only get one! In disbelief, I asked the girl that handed me my food "is this the usual portion?" because I was unsure if I had been shorted due to their dwindling supply. She assured me it was. I'm still not sure I believe her. Anyway, that's not why they earned 1 star. They earned that because as I turned to step away, the owner comes out to address the crowd and announces that he has only TWO of his beloved raviolis left and he's only willing to part with them for $20 a piece!! Surely he must be joking. No, he wasn't. He promptly went and crossed out the "$7" on his menu chalkboard and wrote $20. Un-freaking-believable. What a jerkwad. I immediately regretted patronizing them. I'll never come back. The guy just casually chalked it up to "simple supply and demand." No, you're just an egotistical, money-hungry hippie. I hope you go out of business.Addendum: after researching, their Facebook page clearly shows that their usual order of the fried lobster ravioli is 3 or 4 pieces, not 1. Add that to the list of unethical business practices. Screw them. They lied to my face.

Stopped by their truck at the Columbus Food Truck Festival. Their options sounded pretty nifty. Fried lobster ravioli for $7 sounded pretty neat! While we were 7 or 8 people back in line, a guy shouted out the window "just so you all know, there are only 8 or 9 raviolis left." We counted back the line and we would have been the penultimate people to get them. While waiting, we wondered amongst ourselves "does he mean 8 or 9 pieces of ravioli or 8-9 ORDERS worth of ravioli???" Surely they meant orders worth, right? Well, we got up and ordered, and as we're ordering, some other guy steps out of the truck and says "I hate to do this to everybody, but simple supply and demand... We only have two raviolis left, so the price just got changed to $20." Surely he's just screwing around, right? Nope- he legitimately got out the marker and crossed out the "$7" from the sign and wrote "$20." Other people behind us in line started grumbling and saying "are they serious?!? $20?!?" The window confirmed "yes, that's for real." Furthermore, then once we got our order it was seriously ONE raviolO, not even a serving worth. Nota bene: nowhere in their menu description did it say "one single raviolO..." but vaguely sounded like an order of several ravioli. A. Had we known it was one single raviolo for $7 we wouldn't have wasted our money on such a small portion, despite "fried lobster ravioli" sounding pretty clever and yummy. B. Had we known that they were totally douchy and willing to jack their price up to $20 just for one single raviolo to f*** over whoever was the last 2 poor souls were to order it, we also wouldn't have supported a business with such horrid business ethics/moral practices. The food was alright, but the price, poor communication skills (need to specify portion size), and crappy morals merit only one star. These people are @$$#0!es. Don't support their shady crap.Because of their shady business ethics, "I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul..."

I tried the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and it was super yummy! The bun that they serve it on is just a plain old hamburger bun. I think they should serve it on something like ciabatta roll or something with more texture. Otherwise very good!!
