Henderlane

We moved here in February and I am so glad we found this place by happenstance. Management (Barbara) has been incredibly helpful from the first email, townhome tours, to even letting me know when there will be work done on the apartment grounds. Neighbors are all quiet and kind. Plentiful parking for residents and guests. We definitely plan to stay here for a couple more years, I feel safe walking my daughter around the complex and neighborhood.

I really enjoyed my time residing at Henderlane Townhomes. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors nestled in a peaceful convenient spot. I had to call maintenance once and they came same day and fixed the small issue right away. While it could use some cosmetic updates for my taste, everything worked well and I had no issues at all aside from being able to hear my next door neighbor and her bf laugh or yell (I think they were just extra loud people as I never heard my other next door neighbors on the other side) but no issues with property management. It's not the fanciest apt but I would definitely recommend if you're just looking for a basic townhome with full basement that not only meets your needs but also in a quiet, friendly, convenient neighborhood. I never felt unsafe. I lived there alone with my 7 year old son and we were able to hang out outside and take walks after dark, no issue. It's priced well. Oh and when i say could use some cosmetic updates, it's just I don't love cheap beige carpet and cream walls and the cabinets and stuff are outdated stylistically speaking but it was clean and the carpet was replaced before my move in. I only left because I moved back in with my sons father due to pandemic bringing on financial issues and I could no longer afford living on my own. Would recommend!

Chesapeake CT was/is a wonderful place to live. Spacious units. Your own designated parking space. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Great location. I truly miss calling this place home.
