Heavenly Pizza

I love pizza and this place is right at the top of my favorites. A friend of mine told me I had to try this place and it was better than promised. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and could not have been more pleased. The sauce was very good and the cheese was cooked to perfection. The crust was very good as well.

Ordered this pizza about a week ago and it was great. Ordered this pizza agin tonight for myself, 3 year old and 2 year old and had it delivered. It took just under an hour for the 1 large pizza to arrive (which is fine) but it had probably been sitting for a bit. I opened the pizza and it was so soggy the pieces were falling apart. Gross. So I called and spoke to the manager who told me that they would come and swap it out for a new one. I explained that I had hungry toddlers so I would need to maybe feed them some toppings off of their halve as they aren't able to understand why there is a pizza sitting here for dinner and they cannot eat. The manager stated that the pizza needs to be completely intact with none of it eaten and that since it's a Friday she could not predict when my replacement pizza would arrive at my house.Bummer because their pizza is pretty good when it's done right. I will not be ordering from them again in the future as I'm pretty unhappy with their customer service.Edited to add. It's been 40 minutes and I still have not received my "replacement pizza".

This place is amazing. I get a pizza here every few weeks when I get paid and it always comes out perfect. Along with the amazing Breakfast Pizza that I get, the work tey have done in my community has been my biggest plus from here. I have recommended many of my friends visiting from other states that we MUST eat here and they are all amazed after. Big big fan!

Pizza was great. Some of the best cheese bread I've ever had. Love seeing God's word boldly proclaimed.

The dough is gummy. The cooks added sugar instead of herbs to the sauce leaving it sweet and lacking. Speaking of lacking. The toppings? Not so heavenly. The thinnest net of cheese was woven over that thick and sticky crust with a few bits and pieces tucked in. There has to be better pizza in Findlay. Go find it.

Pizza here is really good, service in my 2 experiences have been terrible. Last weekend (11/10/23) I ordered a jumbo and a large and was told 45 min.... I called back at the one hr mark and they said somehow they lost my order but they would get on it right away... called back in another hr and they told me the same thing... finally they sent the order but it was over 3 hrs wait time for my order. They did remove the charge so no complaint there... now this weekend I decide to give them another try and was told the same thing... 45 min... ended up waiting 1hr and 50 min and they forgot to send a 2 liter.... Pizza is good, but I don't know if I will order from them again.

It's pretty bad, I won't be going to this establishment ever again, incompetent high school kids that don't even know how to talk on phone when taking orders LIKE LIKE LIKE LiKE . They get orders wrong and I can get a better pizza at Jac and does for half the price even west main crust is a far much better pizza 12" pizza with 3 toppings for 21.00 sloppy pizza far to much sauce half burnt toppings fell off pizza when you pick it up out of box, NFL.... Not for long ,out of business.... Ciao

The food is good. How ever my last experience is 100% unacceptable. Let me start with this: But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said to him, 'I have bought a field, and I must go out and see it. Please have me excused. Luke 14:18I order via Grub Hub. It was delivered and I mentioned to the drive that I ordered a 2 liter bottle of DR. Pepper. Her comment was immediate and said the male manager said to her "no the order was for a 20 oz!" Well I ordered a 2 LiterI called Heavenly Pizza and talk to a female who said she was the manager. I explained the situation and it sounded like she was going to send a driver out to swap a 2 liter for the 20 oz. But I was then put on hold. She came back on and blamed Grub Hub. I explained that it is their business responsibility as well and they could be the better person. The answer was a no. So I offered to come pick it up myself and clean up both their mistakes at the cost of a bad review. The answer was that was fine.
