Service was amazing however, the food chicken fried rice was very bland. Love the sprouts in it. The crab raccoon was a little overcooked and very little fillings. The red sauce is amazing. Place was very clean

I reviewed this years ago, but am changing my review to more positive. After living in Columbus, I realize that there are no good Chinese take out places around. This is probably the best because of the many options they give you to customize your food. While I still think more flavor needs to be added, I enjoy that I can make it stir fried or steamed. You can choose premade recipe ideas of completely make your own by choosing up to 6 veggies, a sauce, and protein. They are very quick and have gotten my order correct every time.

Continuously unpredictable but always mediocre. Pre-Covid their food was much better but now its disgusting. The won-ton soup was doughy, like the wontons were not cooked properly and the broth was oily and gross. I also ordered general tso chicken, and the first bite I got was a weird chewy texture, and the second bite had a stretchy rubbery piece in it that looked like a translucent rubber band almost. I am assuming it was the tendon of the chicken but i couldnt even tear it apart and I was disgusted. I threw the entire meal away. They have lost their good days and I will not be back.

I've been to this before. Well, no, I haven't, I guess I've been to the other location, but they're a lot the same. And it seems like there was a different Chinese place at this spot maybe? Whatever, this is pretty much like the other HC Way location. Pretty straightforward stripmall Chinese American food. You can build your own stirfry. Pretty limited menu otherwise. I got the Uncle You's chicken, which is essentially General Tso's with a slightly different flavor. It's supposed to be spicy, but I barely detected anything. Good portion, tender chunks of chicken, crispy and in a tangy sauce. Served with fried rice (you get your choice.) Very nicely plated, for a strip mall place. I also got potstickers, again a decent portion, and good, with a slightly zippy sauce. Then I got pad Thai to take for work later. It was again a good portion, of decent food, good not great. A little heat. Loads of peanuts.Friendly counter service, clean place, good value. Nothing amazing, but it satisfied my Chinese craving for now.

A little lunch delivered from my neighborhood HC Way on Bethel Rd. Remarkably consistent Ameri-Chinese from this strip mall location, the Wonton Soup and Steamed Dumplings are always decent. Disappointed to see their sauced chicken wings are no longer offered? The Beef Lo Mein today needed a bit more umami flavor and maybe some more veggies but was otherwise chock full of tender velveted beef slices and a mountain of slippery mein noods.

Just had an order of chicken pad thai, might have been the Best I have ever had! Delicious! Love their food

Now this is not your authentic sit down fancy Chinese place, but it is a second best for sure. The value you get is awesome. Tons of food and good quality food for your money. I've received nothing but excellent service each time I've been in. The facility is always very clean. I highly recommend their soups! Any of their fried rice options are home runs too.

By far the worse pad thai I've ever had. Almost no flavor. Hot and sour soup was the same. Super bland, had to put sriracha and soy in it, which I have never had to do before! Crab Rangoon was nice and crispy/creamy, but it's hard to mess up cream cheese fried in a won ton

Health safety issue - Absolutely do not eat here. I ordered the orange chicken today; took a bite and bit into something strong. It was the sharp metal foreign object in the picture. It cut the roof of my mouth resulting in bleeding. I'm completely disgusted by this experience. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said because I ordered through DoorDash they can't refund me. At this point the refund isn't the issue. The issues are a) that this could even happen to someone and b) no apology was given. I'm thankful I didn't swallow or choke on the object but I am completely disturbed by the whole incident. I've only ever ordered through DoorDash, but even then the food was hot and fresh. Portions are generous and prices seem reasonable, even through DoorDash. Hot and sour soup is good but mostly hot, not much sour. Sesame chicken with fried rice is really good. The fried wontons are mid, nothing mind blowing but still okay.
